Masterchef 2016

...well!... I loved the show tonight... a lot less stressful for a start... and Matt is through!... I SO LOVE IT!!... he is so going to win this!... hopefully Harry will survive tomorrow and Elise will finally go... thanks everyone for tonight... it's been great as usual... I love you guys and gals... cheers.

The food tonight was as pretentious as usual. Personally I wouldn't order it, apart from the desserts.

Matt smashed it! On a dessert.

Poor Harry. Elena got through because "We always say flavour comes first",
Yeah, apart from all the times you don't say that, and pick on the technique.

...the drivel that they say to twist it their way so as to get who THEY WANT to win just sickens me... being that they filmed this months ago... I wonder if Garry/Matt and George watch this while we are seeing it?... if so... I wonder if they are cringing listening to what we are listening to also?... I would be totally ashamed of myself if I was any of the three of them... they are insipid revengeful shonks when being 'impartial judges'... they should all hang their heads in shame...

...better still... I wish that someone had of put them onto reading this thread throughout the series... what would they possibly think about themselves after reading what we have said?... I would be crying at what I have done to Matt... the way that I had systematically tried unfairly to grind him down to a point where he fails and leaves... I wouldn't be able to sleep at night from shame... but then again that's just me... they wouldn't care less would they?...

...anyhow... I so hope that Matt does win this just to shove it up the three of them... how good would that be?... lol!... GO MATT!... cheers.

...yes I do shadow2...the reason being is that they made a couple of quips about it in one of the earlier episodes just after they 'found out' that Matt's dream was to have his own food truck... I also vaguely remember that Garry mentioned an off the cuff remark about it in one episode halfway through the series after Matt won yet another elimination... he made a great dish and the remark to either Matt Preston or George (can't remember which one) was along the lines of... "hmph!... and he wants a food truck after cooking a dish like that?"... he was shaking his head and said it in a condescending tone to me...

...I really do believe that they look down there elitist noses at Matt's dream and I do believe that their treatment of Matt shows it too... even when they had that actual food truck episode in the USA they made a couple of comments to Matt that were basically scoffing at his dream to want to have is own one!... what gets me is that a food truck was good enough for a challenge but in their eyes not good enough for a Masterchef winner to want to have one if he wins this!...

...in their eyes they want the winner of this show to become an elitist wanky Chef in a top notch fancy Restaurant that makes those ridiculous 75 step dishes somewhere so that adds even more prestige to their show... owning a food truck doesn't add to that prestige in their eyes... it's as simple as that to me... they really hate the idea that Matt just wants to cook 'normal food' to some normal everyday workers that just walk up to his van for a feed... they just can't accept that wish of Matt's... let's face it... Matt's only doing this to win the cash or whatever to be able to afford to buy the van 0utright in the first place lol!... they just hate that's all that Matt wants to do in his life as a 'cook'... not a Chef...

...well that's how I see it anyway... to be perfectly honest with you shadow2... I actually agree that Matt's talent will be wasted working in a food truck too but I don't think that he should be looked down upon for wanting to do it... it is his dream after all isn't it?... but if he wins this I have a feeling that he'll be snapped up pretty quickly and will probably be working in a Restaurant anyway lol!... I may not be completely correct about all of this but that's my opinion regardless... I really do believe that I'm right my friend... cheers.
