Just got a message from the boyfriend, double bed and mattress on but swap and sell for $80 (been sleeping in racing car bed :( ) I look at the post, turns out the person selling it is my sister's mate who had just bought a new unit and it came with some furniture.... now after some tough negotiations I'm getting a new bed for $69 !!!!! Lol....

So bloody happy right now, I pick it up tomorrow
$69 you say?!

It is a sign, babe. That bed is definitely going to see some SERIOUS action!

Ha! Thanks Lucas, I appreciate you noticing (I didn't)! It did make me smile, thanks. As with life, a lot has changed on the forums and a lot has stayed the same. I've made many friendships here, and not too many ememies. Some long gone, some still just as addicted to this place as I am. Just as important are the posts and posters that have contributed, entertained and informed without interacting on a personal level. It's the only forum I've ever been actively interested in for such a long period of time.
Back then I was primarily interested in Big Brother. That season was fantastic, some of the best housemates ever. My interest in Big Brother declined in later years, but the forum remains.
I LOLed into my Cornflakes over creepy/not creepy :D

Yay!

Hey @Mooseface

Can you explain what is happening in the UK. I don't understand.
Ha! I dont think they understand either. I think there are a lot of shocked people. Alot of upset young people who feel they have been cheated out of a future by 'senior citizens' who want to return to the imagined former glory days. (And who have in fact reaped a bunch of benefits themselves from being in the EU wrt travelling/working/
residency rights).

The backflip on the money that was going to the EU hoing-not-going to the NHS is creating a bit of ... anger and incredulity (Nigel Farage 'made a mistake' apparently when he said that).

Ooooh. I am probably one of the 1% of the english speaking population who doesnt know what that means bc they/we dont watch the simpsons. But ... the translation is basically 'meh'?

it means that you are a true mooseface of the north and as such we must all pay tribute to your unique mooseface ways. the dance of a mooseface is sweet, let us all dance with our dancing feet.
