Yes me too. He is so humble and full of enthusiasm. A geniune love of people. I've got two of his books and has school in Hoi An ( one of my favourite places in the world. I emailed him because I would be so happy to teach there. I can't really afford it at the moment, but I'd still love to do it. I was lucky enough to get a study tour to Vietnam. Life c...woooooohoooooo!... Luke Nguyan is one of my favourite Chefs!... I've mentioned it on several occasions before now so I'm stoked!... I can't wait!... cheers.
