Picking an ingredient and a cuisine
Elena - Pork and Spanish
Miles - Fish and Japanese (WOOHOOO!)
Harry - Shellfish and Indian
Zoe - Fruit (?) and American
Mimi - Lamb and Thai
Matt - Beef and Lebanese
It was fruit. Weird. I would've thought Chicken would fit with the rest, but anyhoo
...I'd rather that it be Elena or Mimi that go before the others tonight... I just hope that Matt does well then Miles and then Zoe and Harry too in that order... cheers.

Paella looks like rubbish to me, all those shells and hard to eat

Hahaha I LOVE paella. Spicy and rice dish with all those yummy flavours is right up my alley.

Spanish is amazing. Lots of olive oil, very simple food. I love olives and every meal I had in Spain they gave me a great big pile of delicious olives. Crusty bed, amazing hams, amazing cheeses.
