I'll catch you all probably Sunday as "State of Origin" is on tomorrow night and the club beckons me for their patronage and GO THE BLUES:thumbsup: Thursday, raffles at the club so another late night. :eek:Eek lucky I have this week off work with all these shenanigans I will be getting up to.

I'll have to have a sneaky peek in here on Friday to catch up with all things MASTERCHEF.

I really loved tonight's episode and thanks to everyone who joined in with the conversation here.

...oh okay Bluefin... thanks for the heads up... you all may be slowly converting me because now my curiosity is aroused and that will burn into my feeble little brain until it hits those remaining last few brain cells and then I will attempt to try it now... I just know it lol!... cheers.

...I absolutely love anchovies!... I eat them all the time... does miso taste something like anchovies?... just curious... cheers.
No but has a similar effect on sauces stews anything really. You have so gone up in my opinion, because you're an anchovy lover. You were already high. I'm finding it hard to afford my beloved Ortiz. Well that will make them even better next time I eat them. Now this is one of my favourite recipes. Thankyou for reminding me. I have one of my half brothers arriving at about 10:30 pm .this could be a good thing to eat.. It's called bagna cauda. Melt a tin of anchovies and several cloves of garlic in olive oil or butter over a low heat. Add a good cup of cream. Serve with blanched vegetables or bread if you are a glutton like me. It can look quite pretty.

...hahaha!... that's a good point Bluefin... I will definitely be looking into using miso now lol!... again peoples... thanks for rousing my curiosity... if nothing else... I love to try something new so I will definitely be giving a try trust me... cheers.

Matt is such a pleasure to watch cook. His food looked yummy!
I actually don't mind Chloe, but I don't really care if she has to give her pin up soon either.

I actually didn't get the appeal of that other guy's raspberry dish either. Covered by a jelly blanket. The thought of the vinegar with it makes my stomach turn. I don't think my palate is as adventurous as some.

Mmmmm, jaffles.
The prawn dish looked amazing too, though I'd give the prawn heads a bit miss no matter how much they send the judges into foodgasms.

...it's a team challenge tonight in George's restaurant... they're going to cook a 'Greek feast'...George picks two teams... Miles and Zoe are picked as team captains... this will be interesting... cheers.
 
...George has a whole Lamb for them to create their own dishes and toppings with... they have 3 hours to prepare them... the guests are George's relatives and friends... his mum is in the show tonight too apparently to judge beside Gary and Matt lol!... cheers.
