I love miso soup with wombok, egg and mushrooms. The Korean equivalents are a much more hardcore challenge.

Miso soup is something I have never tried. My boss eats a packet version of it.

I don't think it would quite cut the mustard (excuse the terrible pun there) eating the real version of it.

Miso roasted egg plant is heaven imo. Slightly sweet, salty, gooey...sesame seed garnish. Delicious!
