Dear sweet naive Reepbot. The solution to the non event unWitty has mentally created was never going to be finalised that easily.
UnWitty is going to stay here 24/7 dribbling his paranoid, repetitive shit until every single person on the interweb agrees with him, despite the fact that the vast majority In here have voiced that they just want him to SHUT THE FUCK UP!
It has nothing to do with saving others. He has been grinding his retarded axe for months. You see, this is not a new obsession. This issue with Mutley popped up months ago when unWitty suddenly started to obsess over him. UnWitty basically followed Muntz around with his repetitive 'you have a clique' 'you are a Mean Girl' taunts. Spewing his bitterness at Muntz at every opportunity for daring to have made friendships. This is not a new behaviour, before Muntz he was following and taunting Bleachy at every opportunity, then there was the brief Jessy's Girl infatuation. I feel he targets people he sees as well liked.
This is not about Mutley sharing hacked information The Hulk emailed to 17000 members. If it was a real concern, as you pointed out, he would have discretely PM'ed admin with the breach.
This is about unWitty wanting to nail Mutley to the forum cross. Admin have taken out the offending words, with no further repercussions to Muntz, but it is still not enough. It will never be enough.
UnWitty targets kind hearted, well liked, popular members which obviously means you and I should be 100% safe.

@Witty Banter -- what is your evidence that someone who finds someone else's name and uses it constitutes a ban?
ask @Connoisseur ... I remember he used owner Tim's full name. While he received a slap on the wrist and the post was edited, he was not banned.
So @mutleyp got what was fair, his post was edited and he was told not to use personal information. Slap on the wrist is how this forum is moderated in such instances.
Time to move on.

The terms of service have been pointed out to you on multiple occasions. No one has presupposed a ban. I was offering an awareness campaign of his dastardly techniques. We have seen a flagrant and deliberate breach presumably without a ban being imposed. Anyone who values their privacy should take that into account in here, that the worst breaches of conduct get swept away by the night elves, that gutter tactics in personal grudges are overlooked and that storing site hack data is not an offence, apparently.

The mods did take out the offending words, in that his post was edited.
The moderator also gave information on how to and how not to use personal information on the forum. No sign of any further repercussions for Mutley.

Here is MutleyP spreading unicorn tears, as Trala would have it, after him using stored hack data and cyberstalker searches versus my usage of the forum quote button. I don't even know his name, let alone have I named him.
Thanks for asking @hooleydooley the storm was incredible. Town just recovering from one in May (my house still in the line for roof replacement) then this one hit. Thankfully no serious injuries and no houses completely wrecked but most places have some damage from a broken window or two and water getting inside through to collapsed ceilings. Roofs just couldn't cope with the tons of hail dropped in just 15 minutes. My house is absolutely fine this time. The church got lots of minor stuff and one of three roofs is pretty wrecked but thankfully only covers a patio. Lots of paperwork to do.
Trees and gardens completely stripped though. It looked like a winter wonderland. All these trees had leaves before the storm

That is correct. But I think the best thing that could have happened has happened. Mutley was never going to be banned and I don't think most people here will change their minds about him. I mean this may have changed a couple, but not much else.

I think it will affect a conversation in the same way that someone holding a piano above your head might affect your decision making. This is not a win for free thinking. Free acting maybe.
