I didn't even know this place had written rules let alone somewhere where it itemised applicable penalties. Pretty sure it's always been moderator's discretion and they've used their discretion so question answer. Can we move on now?

I think you are being constructive, sincerely. I think in my position there is no better or worse without saying with respect to the group or whatever. We have a whole bunch of raw information to digest this way.
