So.... My dilemma is: which 'second' tv to purchase (actually it is my first to but it will be the same as everyone else's second tv because I want a fairly small entry level model).

Do we think there is actually any difference in viewing between HD ready versus full HD in small models (22 to 32 inch)? And... it is really probably mainly to watch in the evening, and probably predominantly when I am horizontal... Although conceivably I could remain (semi) vertical and cook/study. So the next question is 32 or 22/24/28 ? What tvs do you all have????

No. I was a private non-famous person, up until Mutley's Muckraking chose to store hacked data for vengeance and publish hacked account details and personal history information he cyberstalked with both malice and delight.

The terms of service expressly forbids his actions:
[must not...] contains personal information of others
[must not...] encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws
the stolen account detail data is not Mutley's for extortion and malicious publication. Publishing and extended deliberate dealing with stolen hack data is against the law. Saying you stored it from a known and established hacking incident and outage of this site 10 months ago is embarrassing as a defence.

I think there might be two separate issues here @Witty Banter. Yes obviously Mutley accessed your name from the hackers data which he was freely admitted. How wrong or right this is probably depends on the individuals moral compass. But I think it's quite a separate accusation you're making when you say that mutley tried to extort you. Maybe I am misreading the situation or maybe there's more than I realise but has mutley tried to get anything from you? Did he threaten you with the knowledge that he knows your name? (and probably nothing else anyway)

There is no question that Mutley attempted to extort me. Really, what other motive are you even constructing to him dangling and progressively releasing personal hacked details, piece by piece punctuated by 'work it out' as though from a corny movie, while fonting that he has more information about me and others. The clear threat is that he wants behaviour compliance under the threat of him releasing real life personal data he has stored not by accident.

To be completely honest, you liking one comment of his that contained my personal information shows your alignment.

Mutley knew what he was doing. He came on here trying to start fights by baiting, and moaning about stupid shit to do with how this forum used to be. I think malicious and gross personal intrusions should be dealt with. I think flagrant breaches of basic privacy protections should not be hushed up by an enabling protection network. It was the fact through this posters public facebook threats and attacks to Tim our Leader, I was able to click on her real self as opposed to her online persona. And realising I had interacted so toxically with a broken drug addicted little girl quite literally reduced me to shame filled tears.

This bullshit felt so real and so important to me that I was caught up in the false avatar toxicity, I, like I have done many times before and continue to do, forgot we are all real people. I had that BBB detox because I didn't like my actions, not hers. It had nothing to do with that posters behaviour and threats, it was all about my behaviour.

Look at your interactions in the last week, look at what it has reduced you to. And what for? A retarded quest to be validated by people who can't stand you? Short of that, he was breaking fundamental privacy protections. I agree to have changes you make to the general terms of service that are accepted apply retrospectively to Mutley's conduct.

Would you choose:
- a one off coupon per member for revealing the identity of a foe.
- an 'I was stressed' excuse all.
- free for all removal of forbidding

You have been in the back of my mind all day today. I didn't mean to be so nasty. But mocking Mutley's confused grief regarding the death of his child abusing father a year or so ago, and devaluing his current raw grief at losing his Gran just to gain that retarded upper hand had me spitting absolute poison.
