Really glad Ali went tbh and Wow! She has really changed! She's lost over 32kg! Although she lost quite low numbers on the show that's a great job. She should be proud.
 
It's hard to keep up with all the twists and turns. The red team didn't betray their alliance with the black team, by keeping Johnnie, but now the black team are considering taking out the red team? It's the only thing that makes sense though strategically.

Ali has done a great job on the outside.

Ali looked great. You know I think it was a benefit to her to be kicked out when she was. When she was out she had the motivation learned from Shannon, but didn't have the others to have to think about and/or blame when things didn't work out. It was down to her and she's done a great job. I'm not sure how the other 2 are going to fare though.

I'm sick of all the challenges involving food. Like the last one - they couldn't even participate unless they took a ball and had the food. It wasn't even a temptation challenge, so why? The should have had them do 20 pushups or something before they could go look at the clue. That would have been much more advantageous to their weight loss.

As someone who is currently on a health kick, I can honestly say that one thing you have to FORGET about is food as a reward. Too many times on this show it's like 'eat this' and get this reward. It's just the wrong philosophy.
 
I totally agree about the food temptations, and in this case it wasn't even a temptation, just a punishment if they chose the wrong ball. I understand how the show likes to make things interesting for the viewers by adding an element of "danger" (even if it is will she or won't she eat a cupcake), but it goes against everything they are trying to achieve. I bet the trainers loathe that element of the show.

Absolutely. There is so much wrong with the whole way food is perceived as "clean", "bad", I was naughty I had a slice of cake etc. Food is food, everything in moderation, watch your portion sizes, and cut back on the takeaway as often as you can.
 
Really dissapointed with the results tonight. These contestants are losing the same amount of weight as the past two series have been. The finale will probably be really under whelming at this rate. Plus I already know who gets eliminated tommorow. This week isn't starting of great so far.

Pablo I love. Daniel i only like cause he will look good at makeover. I dislike Tony but he needs to stay cause there is always someone in these shows that you need to hate until the end. I can't stand Rob I don't know why but I just don't like him.[DOUBLEPOST=1445339815][/DOUBLEPOST]I'm actually enjoying this season, I just hope they start to lose more weight. I also hope they if it comes back next year they do singles again.
 
I cannot stand the red team. Loving that they got themselves stuck in the wood challenge. Who knows how it will pan out tomorrow in that regard. Going to be fun going by the weigh in glimpses.

I don't like Tony at all, I think he's a bit of a snake and his face annoys me lol
But I do like how they actually work as a team and Pablo is just lvely.

I don't like Sam or Cliff in the white team.

I'm still watching, just starting the challenge now. It'll be good if they don't win one for a change though.

Cliff annoys me. Shame for Sam. She seems nice and has the potential to get under 70 kilos by finale, she whinges too much
