I did a quick google search. Dre can keep his beats for those prices.

ok zoodles are new to me - don't they get watery when cooking?
I wear glasses at work as I'm long sighted, and have no problems with the over the head headset, apart from ruining any sort of hair style I may be going for, lol. With the headset with the around the ear bit I had to put that on first, then put my glasses on. From time to time it gave that ear at the top great pain.I too am trying to cut down on my carbs but it's just sooooo hard (that's what she said.....)
I use ear plug style headphones. Not because I particular want to. I find the sound quality a lot better with over the ear ones, but as I wear glasses I end up with a massively sore head because the headphones crush the side of my glasses into the side of my head. Yay for being a Magoo!

I started yesterday so it's all a bit new. I'm doing night shift as well so my eating is somewhat all over the shop too. I'll be researching tonight. Not that I am going to follow the Atkins diet but I found a list of foods and the amount of carbs in them. I am cutting down, not eliminating. A beginning is better than nothing.I'm a big fan of grabbing a cooked chook & salad. I'm a sucker for toast & eggs too so i'll usually do poached eggs on toasted turkish bread with avo on with lashings of cracked pepper & salt. Cutting down on carbs is gonna kill me!![]()

Thankyou, and you with yours. I refuse to give up my weekly pizza fix so that will be my reward, so to speak. Interesting to see how many carbs in foods there are. I've only really ever looked at fat on the nutrition panels. Now it's everything. That's the best way to do it. I eliminated carbs once and then I just went on a massive bender, crisps, bread, pizza, hot chips, anything that was carb was shoved in my face!!! Plus I was a right bitch lol. So really... it's for everyone else's benefit I eat carbs. Right? I eat far too many so cutting down is what I 'should' do... i'm gonna try anyway! Good luck with yours!
Omg I had the same thing happen to me re beetroot pee and I was like WTFMy daughter's new boyfriend was coming around for dinner. They are both vegetarian. I cooked a quinoa and black bean mexican casserole (with avocado, sour cream and coriander topping), a warm pumpkin, spinach and freekeh salad with cashew and roast capsicum pesto, and a beetroot and goat's cheese salad. It was yummy, but the beetroot made me pee pink for days!
It happens with fresh beetroot as far as I know (never had it happen with tinned beetroot).OMG, beetroot pee, I didn't know that was a thing.
Love beetroot though.

Pmsl @ not recalling beetroot pee.I eat the tinned stuff these days. My dad used to cook up beetroot when we grew them in the garden, thankfully I don't recall any beetroot pee back then either.
I ended up going to The Reject Shop yesterday to look for the Zoodle contraption.
None left....argh![]()
