Not sure about the iview thing, but it doesn't seem that ABC will be broadcasting it live in the early hours of the morning (sadly).

...I've trawled through all the TV schedules that I can on the Internet and it looks like the ABC have definitely shafted us on the early morning showing... a great way to lose fans isn't it?... what they did last year was a masterstroke but they haven't done it for us this year?... what the hell are they thinking?... to say that I'm disappointed that they would not do the same for us again is a massive understatement!... shame on you ABC!...

...I wonder if I can watch it on Hola or some other such program on my computer?... does anyone know a link?... if so... the ABC can go screw themselves if I can... cheers.

...what a bunch of twonks!... seriously... that is way beyond disappointing as a viewer... imagine the amount of Whovians saying the same thing right now?... obviously it would've been a big hit last year when everyone like ourselves were making it a weekly ritual to get up in the early hours of the morning to watch it... it was like a special moment... a great private viewing 'vibe' shared amongst a selected few people.... especially when I'd come onto this forum as it was happening and talking to someone else as we were viewing it... hmmmm!... (I guess that I should've appreciated those moments a little bit more than I did at the time eh?)...

...let's face it... we wouldn't have been the only forum doing it would we?... the ABC have really made this less of a great event for me as it would've had the potential to do if they screened it Live with the rest of the world!... don't get me wrong... I still can't wait for it to screen but what?... 12 hours later than the rest of the world?... yeah good one ABC!... you useless bunch of twonks!... cheers. <--- :cautious: (that means that I am pissed off!)...

It is disappointing,m and I believe it was a big ratings success so they can't use that excuse.
Maybe they just want all their eggs in one basket with everyone watching it on Sunday night, but most of us did that anyway!

Hey Whovians - did you know that is now in the Oxford Dictionary ( the only dictionary if you ask me).

I lurk about here reading and checking all the Doctor stuff being posted - and that glorious countdown Mr clever, weeeeeeeeeee so close.

So - the IVIEW thing is simulcast, live at 5.30am, and you just access that through the ABC site, no special requirements.

I think it is live anyway -

ABC has now confirmed the new series of Doctor Who will be available on iview from 5:30am AEST Sunday 20 September.

Each episode will be available on iview throughout the day, before it is broadcast on ABC TV at 7.40pm.

Based on UK scheduling and daylight saving changes, ABC hopes to share iview times via its Facebook and Twitter accounts, each Friday.

And thanks for my fellow Whovian kind thoughts, I am coping today.
It is not my health etc, lost someone, can't stop the heartache mostly, squash it away to deal with stuff.
I only get to sleep pretending it didn't happen.

And I want the TARDIS to swoop in and time travel me out of here.

Doctor Who is the best therapy for me - who will be watching at 5.30?
I CANNOT WAIT

There's a prequel mini-episode, which is region-locked on the internet but will be on ABC2 tonight at 7:30, followed by The Ultimate Guide if you haven't seen that yet.[DOUBLEPOST=1442613609][/DOUBLEPOST]Jenna Coleman has now confirmed that this season is her last.

...damn!... how can she abandon The Doctor like that?... how can she abandon us like that?... I'm hoping that I get proved right and they make Osgood The Doctor's new companion... maybe that's why The Moff revived her character?... one can only hope can't one?... if not her then I always thought that Carey Mulligan that played Sally Sparrow in 'Blink' would've made a great companion to The Doctor...

...but she's probably gone on to bigger and better things by now like movies etc?... cheers.

WE JUST HAVE TO PRAY REALLY REALLY HARD THAT "TheMoff.jpeg" LETS CLARA GO IN A HUMANE WAY WITHOUT ANY DEATH OR DESPAIR. HONESTLY IF HE DOES THAT I WILL PERSONALLY GO OVER TO HIS HOUSE AND ASSASSINATE HIM. I', sure you guys will help

Counting the hours, thanks @Mr Stickyfingers for all of that fab countdown...

So, at 5.30am here, it is an hour after they broadcast in the UK we can grab it on Iview, not live but still better than nothing I guess.

Thanks for the heads up about tonight @Meglos .

Carey is having huge success in movies @Mr Stickyfingers she is a lead in the new suffragette movie with Meryl Streep, starred in Great Gatsby, and has had an Oscar nomination.

I love Jenna, her face is so fabulous. Thankfully UK is full of fantastic acting talent, and DW is wonderful at casting.

I would love a fun one series person like Catherine Tate, followed by the Doctor's Daughter.

Impossible Girl has to have a fabulous ending - or I too will stalk Moff, Clara needs a big kind ending - couldn't she rule a planet or something?

I also liked the half robot guy in the bank robbery.

Does anyone know how iview works? I've found it on my TV but there's nothing there at the moment, is that because they've left it blank until they upload DW at 5:30 tomorrow morning?
