The Bachelor Australia 2015

I don't know exactly but his "personal training" studio is in Hampton. So I doubt he would live too far away from that.

Also my partner remembers Sarah and Sam talking about how she only lives a suburb away from him, so I guess that's another clue if you know where Sarah lives.
Ooh, I often choose to go down the Nepean Hwy to my parents in Mt Eliza, which is the next suburb to Mornington where her parents live and Hampton is just off the Nepean too, . This could involve a detailed detour if I could actually be bothered. It always interests me as to where people live when they're in the public eye/celebrities. Do they live in your average home, extravagantly, in trendy suburbs etc etc. Molly Meldrum's place is glaringly obvious as he has St Kilda and Storm logos and stuff painted on his fence.

Interesting rumour re: Lana. I love a good conspiracy theory so I can believe it. I remember way back when in the US when Trista (?) was the bachelorette there was a rumour that she had already met Ryan (?) and he was similarly slotted in and they are still together now, married with kids.

It actually makes sense with Lana though, to me. We all know by now that reality TV isn't real but this really is very disingenuous if so...

Spoils it though if it's true and such a waste of time and emotions for the girls.

If it's true, it detracts from the whole show. Obviously no reality show is 100% "reality", but on Australian tv at least we strive for some degree of integrity. We want the best or most likeable person to win, and we invest in that as viewers. If they pull something like this on us where the result is pre-determined and the rest is just bullshit, it might as well be a scripted soap opera.

Exactly. I'd feel pretty pissed off if I was any of the girls, and honestly considering the controversy from last year it's a risky move, but maybe better than him dumping the final girl for a random, at least they can maintain their lasting relationship track record.

It would explain why Lana is so smug all the time.

If I was in Lana's position I would not agree to go on the show, but that's just me, maybe she wants a media career?

I remember in 2006 there was a show Yasmin's Getting Married which I think only lasted one or two eps, but shortly before airing it had been Renee instead of Yasmin but Renee met someone else independently and dated him. Anyway, that's probably my quota for remembering stupid trivia about dating shows for the day.

Yeah I would like to say that I didn't think Sam would be that good of an actor to look so surprised when Lana came in, but he's been doing a pretty good job in interviews so far..

I guess we'll only know if he doesn't pick her.

Meanwhile:

Hints he may pick Lana
  • googly-eyed when he looks at her
  • kept her over established connections
  • she'll be a good choice socially (that one may be cynical)
Hints he may pick Snez
  • obvious physical connection
  • they aired his meeting with Eve
  • has kept her which I hope he wouldn't have done if he wasn't sure
Hints he might pick Sarah
  • he has physical attraction to her
  • she lives in Melbourne
  • he has said in a couple of interviews he prefers brunettes
  • he has said to camera a few times that he's not sure and wants her to open up which a lot of times in o/s Bachelor shows usually leads to them winning because it's good for their relationship progression storyline.
So.. I'm still not sure lol

Yes, she does look smug but different smug to Heather. She and Heather are close and possibly have discussed stuff, so that's a tricky place to be in as Heather has said she's fallen for her dude, mate. Wouldn't that be a huge strain on both Sam and Lana and poor Osher. Would he know? That's a big can of worms and makes groundhog date seem tame in comparison. Disgustingly poor form if we've all been duped and no-one deserves that.

Yes that's what makes me question it - it's way too risky for Channel 10 to have another controversy this year and this is one that could be exposed easily. If it's true are Lana and Sam expected to keep it up forever? Not to mention crew etc. Tricky.

Yes she has a smugness to her and she always seems to expect a rose. It all makes sense. It also explains why the show is shoving her down our throat without backing it up with a true tangible connection that I've seen.

What would be funny though is if this is true and he still doesn't pick her at the end.

The whole thing about him knowing Lana before is pure heresay and should be treated with some scepticism. Thinking about it I think there's not much chance they'd put Eve on tv if it was.
Very true, but it wouldn't surprise me if it is true. My mind went into overdrive thinking of possible fall outs and messes.

Yes, that's why I started my post with "If it's true". I'll save my "outraged viwer" for real until after the finale :p
Yes, all comments should contain the word IF, if it's pertinent to do so :) . I use it just in case as nothing would surprise me on tv now and IF this is true, all hell should break loose. I've just realised I won't be home to watch on Wednesday so my outrage will hang fire until Thursday, lol, and I can view it for myself.

Yeah I'm only speaking about it from a hypothetical point of view, maybe it's true maybe it's not but we'll probably never know. It's always fun to speculate, gotta fill in the time between Bach eps somehow.

Damn, if this us true then I would feel sorry for all those women who gave up their lives for this. Most unsporting.

Yeah, this one doesn't sound very believable to me lol.

Who knows though, stranger things have happened!
