The Bachelor Australia 2015

Even if he was thinking with his head he wouldn't have chosen Heather. Still you are a braver person than me rewatching the Warwick scene. A scene that shall live in the memory.

I was actually thinking more of Snez than Heather when I made that comment - I agree head would not have lead him to Heather - if he doesn't get the importance of friendship then he wouldn't reach that conclusion, no matter which part of his body is doing his thinking :)

Just re-watching the Warwick Sam scene

Sam -I am making decisions only with my heart - thats all fine and dandy Sam, but you need to be thinking too!

I am still confused over who the 4 definitions are:

1. Intellectual wave length and physical attraction (Snez?)
2. Strong physical attraction and constant surprises (Lana?)
3. In time there could be something but not there yet (Sarah?)
4. fun laughter friendship physical attraction. (Heather)

Did anyone work it out for sure?

I think Sarah 1, Snez 2, Lana 3. I think they've deliberately played up the Lana thing to throw us off.

BUT

I'd forgotten he said that about Heather, the physical attraction bit. Lie, obviously, considering.

Ffs give up that old chestnut.
I'm surprised you're not curled up in a ball at the thought of the lollypop lady waving her stop sign at you.

Importance of friendship? You mean overall in like life or in romantic relationships?

But the cold blooded power of Warwick! If you can't understand the impact that would have had on Sam then you probably don't understand him.

Like I've said before, if he was the kind of person who would be intimidated by that ( after all this guy lives in Qld and if he was with her it's not like they'd see him much if at all) then he's a weak-arse feeble excuse for a man and not good enough for any of these women.
But I don't think that was the reason, I think he just liked the others more. And that's fair enough.

He wouldn't be weak for being scared of Warwick. Nothing weak about being scared, especially of Warwick.

Sam had NOTHING to fear from Warwick if he had genuine feelings for Heather. He probably shit himself when he realised Warwick would hunt him down if he hurt her, but someone who was genuine and knew they wouldn't hurt Heather would have nothing to fear at all.

Geez reepbot, you can't live life like a mouse too scared to enjoy your cheese for fear a cat will eat you. Grow some balls and face up to the cat.

There is nothing weak about being intimidated by a man like Warwick when you are seeking his approval because you care about someone he is protective of, but it is very weak if you would rather walk away from someone you like, just so you don't have to face that person.

I wouldn't be scared of someone like Warwick. But I can see that Sam was. Also, as we saw with the other families, there was a way of finding out Sam's intentions without coming across as an intimidating fool with a chip on the shoulder.

Well obviously Sam's feelings weren't strong enough to put up with Warwick and his cliched mixed metaphors.

I am 309 comments away from hitting 1000 comments... how many to go before you stop saying 14? :) I am laying bets you will get there before I get to my 1000!

About 400 odd posts to go. I will get there faster if more people posted in the ask reepbot thread.

You can't have it both ways. Pick am opinion and stick to it, your posts constantly contradict one another. You say one thing, then when someone challenges you, you say that's not what you meant.
You're supposed to be a writer, so your intent shouldn't be open to constant misinterpretation by almost everyone on here.

Personally I don't think it's that Sam felt no physical/sexual attraction to Heather (a few looks gave him away and I think he would have moved her on early if he knew there was nothing there like he did Jacinda and Bec). I just think there was more with Snez and Lana. So yeah I don't think he was lying...but I think it's telling that fun and laughter was used to describe their relationship before physical was.

My opinion was that i could understand why Sam would be scared of Warwick. I wouldn't have been. But i am trying to see things from Sam's point of view that's all.

Also writing is always open to interpretation. Always.

YOU have an answer for everything, and you're very good at it. I just have no idea when you're being genuine or not and it's quite tiring interpreting your posts when I don't have to with everyone else.
I think you think that arguing is your point of difference, you've even said before that it's your way of showing you like someone. That's your prerogative I guess, but it makes for a frustrating conversation.

Anyway, back to The Bachie.

I don't think Sam was lying to Warwick when he said he had a physical connection to Heather. I just think it was a convenient thing for him to say to her that the romantic/physical connection wasn't there when he dumped her. I mean what else was he going to say?
