She may be one of the favourites to take out Sam Wood's heart on The Bachelor Australia thanks to her quirky personality and elegant on-screen gowns.

But off-screen, competitor Heather Maltman cuts a very different figure to the sequin-and-feather clad woman who caught Sam Wood's eye.

The 29-year-old donned a pair of ripped denim boyfriend jeans as she sauntered around the streets of Sydney's North Ryde this week, just one of the more casual outfits she's dnned since filming ended. dnned ... interesting ... see later comment regarding The Great Australian Spelling Bee and ohhh sauntered ... someone's had their thesaurus out again!!!

Keeping in sync with the second-hand outfit look, the Bachelor hopeful added a shoulderless white turtleneck sweater and a black leather jacket.

Another of her dressed-down outfits was a pair of floral shorts teamed with a mustard-coloured scarf and cropped denim jacket.

A third casual ensemble of a short frock with knee-high socks showed off Heather's slim pins.

The reality TV star usually opts for a minimal make-up look, showing off her blemish-free face.

The brunette beauty sticks, for the most part, to monochrome colour schemes and usually wears her long free. How SHOULD one wear their long? Doesn't ANYONE edit this stuff?

Earlier this week the brunette sparked rumours she was the one who swept Sam off his feet after telling KIIS 106.5's Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson that they're still in touch.

'Him [Sam] and I had actually very briefly, kind of talked about but, that's also because like I said we're really good friends,' she said at the time after being questioned if she was given a heads up that Sam had pashed other girls while on dates with them

On Friday Sam, 35, slammed the speculation and told the two radio host that he hasn't had any connect with Heather since the show wrapped up filming a few months ago. they love that slammed word dont they?

'That's not true. I haven't been speaking to Heather,' he told Jackie as she relayed the chat.

He likes to dress crisply when delivering unwanted news to anxious girls vying for Sam Wood's heart.

But Osher Günsberg, formerly known as Andrew G, has inadvertently drawn attention among keen-eyed Bachelor viewers for his dubious choice of shirts.

The usually sleek 41-year-old host has paraded a shocking wardrobe featuring a crumpled orange affair, an array of unsophisticated short sleeved tops, polka dots, feather prints and clashing ties.

The furrow-browed presenter, who has been doing Sam's dirty work on the show, entering the wood-panelled room to tell lingering ladies they don't have a bloom, hasn't always made the sharpest sartorial decisions.

Whilst dressed to impressed in crisp suits, he has tended to opt for ties that clash with this shirts.

On one episode, he teams a lilac shirt with a darker shade of silk tie and, in another, opts for a polka dot tie against a pale khaki shirt that does little for his complexion.

Whether the former Australian Idol host's new girlfriend, make-up artist Audrey Griffen, has any say on Osher's on-screen veneer is a matter for conjecture.

But it seems his irrepressible smile as he enjoys a resurrection in career lifts the mood whenever he appears, as if by magic, beside an often shirtless Bachelor.

In an episode where Heather goes on solo date with the gym owner, Osher stands out in a brilliant white shirt peppered with feathers.

And it seems Sam Wood is doing his best to keep in fine form for the lady in question as he awaits the finale to air in a few weeks' time.

The 35-year-old Melbourne-based personal trainer was recently spotted showing off his incredibly fit physique after a hot workout session.

Nearing his car after training, the dark-haired stud was seen standing tall in all his shirtless glory, wearing simply a pair of navy shorts.

Sitting low below his waist, the reality star's shorts also revealed a cheeky glimpse of his white underwear.

Meanwhile his bulging biceps and sexy six pack rivalled each other for attention.

His admission comes just weeks after Heather told the KIIS FM duo she got a heads up about her part-time beau's other on-screen kisses.

However, Sam says that was during filming, as the good friends talked about everything.

'Snez said that she hasn't been in contact with you since filming ended, so she's out,' Jackie pieced together.

'Those three are definitely the Top 3 among my friends - probably most of them it's really strong Heather and Snez, it's probably 40/40 and then 20 per cent Sarah,' he revealed.

In an effort to test their responses, the radio hosts asked both women whether Sam gives them a heads up that he's kissed another contestant on the show, so that they can prepare themselves ahead of watching the episode.
