I understand it was not a individualised date. I just found it hard to comprehend the devastation.
I guess Sam could have handled the situation better by getting the three girls together first and letting them know what happened before they met with the other girls at the house. Perhaps if they were not blindsided, and laughed it off when it initially happened and Sam could have explained it.
