    Despite the attention being on her new assets, Skye is no one trick pony and has been seen working on her body in the gym since returning home .

    The shoot had her entire trim body on display, with the Gold Coast native also showing off her pearly whites with a wide smile.

    Skye's surgery changed her asymmetrical 10A and 10C chest to matching Ds - she originally wanted DDs, though her doctor advised the smaller size would be more appropriate for her diminutive frame.

    Shortly after he surgery, the reality TV starlet told Daily Mail Australia she wouldn't be gracing the pages of adult magazines because she's not 'desperate' like Kim Kardashian.

    However, the NW Mag appearance brings her closer to one of her goals, as she added at the time: 'Fingers crossed I can do a shoot with Maxim (magazine) in a bikini.'

    Skye recently aroused suspicion that she may have had further cosmetic surgery while in Thailand as she posted a closeup snap to Instagram displaying fuller lips and a flawless complexion.

    It follows an offhand comment she made on social media last month, where the bubbly blonde said she was 'really happy with my nosejob.'

I think there is a lot to like about Skye, but that photo doesn't give her any credit. She deserves a good manager - whoever is doing it now is crap

I'm not being mean but I think she's not photogenic in professional shots . We all said that in the house she photos way older than she is ... I love her tho she drives me crazy but I love her

I'll have to disagree with you on that. She is photogenic, that photographer and/or who ever picked the shot, is just woeful. Or doesn't like Skye. She has posted nice photos of herself (even if I think they're too tryhard) they are not like that one.

I agree, those first shots of her before you all went in the house were terrible. When she was in there though she was quite stunning.
