I'd like a scotch fillet steak, well done, cut up into 2cmx2cm pieces.
Crinkle cut chips, cooked until they are just brownly tinged.
Mushroom sauce - made with portabello mushrooms. cooked in butter, use the pan juices from the steak to make a base gravy, mix all together and add thickened cream.
Carrots, raw, chopped into sticks 1cmx10cm on a plate of shredded lettuce.
2 pieces of buttered bread on a separate plate.
750ml of orange and mango fruit drink.
