I'm a delivery driver by trade and spend 5 day's of my week in the work vehicle..
I've been doing this job for 2 year's.. and in that 2 years, I have only listened to the radio for a span of 1 entire month in 2 full years.
I can't stand ad's as much as the next guy.. and daytime commercial radio are one of the worst offenders.
Nova is my goto station for the odd occasion that I do listen to the radio.. They used to have a tagline "Never more than 2 ad's in a row"
I don't know what happened to that concept.. you get 2 of the top 40 hits that get's played at least once an hour.. and then a block of 5 - 10 ad's.. another 3 songs and then 6 more ads.
So for the most part during my day.. I have my iphone plugged into the radio and either switch between my own library of music or I will use spotify.. Music all day long and not an advert in ear shot.
