I use my fitbit. I do like it as a pedometer like Trala also likes, but being so bad at sleeping I'm more interested in tracking my sleep, and usually the results are not good.

I know what you mean with sleeping, I suffer from not many hours sleep usually... I have to take drugs to sleep - zolpidem ??? & on the odd occasion I don't take them my mind floods me with a months worth of nightmares to make up for my drug induced coma's each night.....
I might try the fitbit thing to record my nocturnal habits ... good idea...

Yeah it really sucks, I wish I knew what the solution was. My sleep is infinitely better, I used to regularly have to go to work on zero seconds of sleep, so honestly I'm thankful for whatever I am able to get.

Thank you all so much for the birthday love! I swear while I don't know any of you personally outside Mutts, Coops and Caspersmum, I feel such a deep connection with oyu. Sure it might be the shiraz, but I prefer to think of it as online friendship. I enjoy seeing you all so much on a daily basis, and you really play such a special (not window lickerish) part of my life.
