Has it been mentioned anywhere why David is called Strategy David and to why it isn't PG?

I haven't heard David mention why yet but don't think the HM's gave him that nickname to be nice but David played along because it kept getting brought up by HM's and BB.... and also viewers
The first time we really heard about it was when they were all chanting 'Strategy Dave' doing the yes/no task where he was hoisted up by a crane and flying like superman wearing the SD (Super Dave) tshirt but it supposedly was said before then...

I think it's the length of the short that's the isssue.

I think when Tim invited David to the Sanctuary, and they asked why David, and Tim said because he thought David was interesting that they made some little gay comment/joke to Tim ...so maybe that carried on from there?
