And logic dictates that they couldn't stuff up the votes & evict the wrong person.

Oh wait they did. They evicted Bree instead of Wesley. (so believable NOT)

Unless the computer had a meltdown, votes can't be mixed up.

The way the computer is set up, when you vote for someone it is added to their name.

They don't have someone actually counting the votes. The check with a printout of how many votes received & tally them off with the HM's name etc.

So you think they would have told someone they'd preplanned an eviction and open themself up to legal action?

Well Wesley threatened legal action & got a job on Channel 10's Totally Wild in 2004. (which was the same year he appeared on BB)

I just don't believe it for a second, but hey, if we say it did happen just like that publicly and loudly enough they wouldn't dare do it? Lol
 
Oh yeah Wesley! Forgot about him. Totally Wild would be a sweet gig, what did he threaten to sue over?

Forget what year Wesley was in, which winner was it? It's such a Sweet Valley High jock's name but, hehe.


May be blacklisted from Channel 10 now because I didn't turn up to work when my dog went missing.

I think the outcome could have only been better is Lina was up. It's nothing against her personally - but it would have made for a more relaxed eviction hey. We did have a few 'strategic chats' about giving her noms but we couldn't be sure if any of the other loved ones would put her up so didn't want it to go waste. A credit to Skye's sister for giving the nom she did to Lina. It was a well thought out reason and not vindictive. I wish we could have come up with that!

David did do Movember one year but was horrified he had to go to special events with his patchy orange mo!
Maybe we'll hold out for next year. I think enough money has been donated to the David cause this year!

I did my first million votes on facebook yesterday and no phone number was required. When I looked into f/b voting at the beginning of the season you did need a phone number so it must have changed.
I've done mine using PayPal but if you do a few in a row it kind of turfs you out and you have to verify your details. The text message costs the same as f/b so I'm doing both simultaneously!
I get nervous just thinking about it! I'm going to be running out to do nervous poos in the live audience on Mon and Tues!

Re nervous poos... Hopefully that's an omen that SKYE will be evicted.. No doubt she'll be wearing THOSE shoes.

Did Strategy Dad say whether or not they had to 'practise' their nominations for BB or anything like that, @BigSisterEm ? I was just wondering if their reasons had to be approved (in case they were giving away too much outside information), or whether they had specific guidelines to follow...?

He really did great, and I take my hat off to all of the friends/loved-ones who go on to do this. I'd be a wreck lol. :)

Have missed much of this week's action due to work stuff. Highlight was Dave showing Skye how to clean the sink and explaining how easily the germs from faeces can spread - good hygiene is heaps hot, such swoon <3 didn't see Leo stepping in there to get his hands dirty in the sink, ha!

Also shows a lot of patience how he dealt with Skye there too! My reaction wouldn't be so PG appropriate.

haha yes even David has said people have told him that he looks like Toby Maquire. He used to be told years ago he looked like Frodo, probably those big blue eyes lol
A member here who auditioned with David had mentioned about a Toby Maquire lookalike before the season had started, and later posted that he was happy to see David made it onto BB because they had gotten along so well.

I guess with David working in healthcare knows the importance of keeping things sterile. I think that David and Skye do get along ok at times, that's why he helped her clean up without making a fuss.

yeah I've seen that on SM and guess people will find out once they phone their first vote that they have been conned.
I'm more concerned for those One Direction fans/tweenies getting so upset thinking they were getting a message from Zayn Malik's auntie Priya Malik, or a being able to speak to Zayn himself to find out it was all a hoax.
