Is Alex Mavroidakis & team cracking under pressure ?

Earlier this week the EP of BBAU snapped on Facebook at a comment made about a quadruple eviction next week. So it begs the question...... Is the ratings failure making it's way to the producers heads? And feeling the pinch from network bosses ?
 
Trying to up the entertainment value; giving more fodder for editing; more diversions; more ability to manipulate what is shown and influence who wins?
 
They just want it OVER... I truly believe that this series hasn't gone well at all - I'd love to see the low amount of revenue generated from voting - and yeah.. They're just trying to finish it off as quickly as possible...

Remember - this board is made up of die hard fans. But even my best friend in NZ who religiously watched last year's season on YouTube each day, watched the first week and gave up. If it's a remotely interesting show (and the bar is so low, we all feel optimistic yet...) Most ambivalent reality show watchers gave up in that first fortnight which has dictated the ever-spiralling mess the schedule and editing has become.
 
A lot of astute viewers on here. Not sure the entire viewing population (or target viewers) reflects the same...but that may just be a convenient, strategic excuse!
 
Yeh, I think they want it over and done with. They have not even been trying to raise revenue, they are not constantly reminding people to vote, they are not putting the hm's on any of their shows!??!! You think they would interview evicted hm's on Sonia's morning show, but I've yet to see anything about bb on that show. (of course, I may be wrong about that as I don't really watch morning tv). You think Karl on today would have loved a go at making Lawson look like a cheating idiot. I mean pretty sure the Block guys were on those shows all the time. Oh well, get it over with Channel 9 and just maybe SBS will get it next year and then we can really see some action.;);):)

Cat and Lawson were on the Today Show with Karl and Lisa :)

I've actually stopped watching, its a mixture of not enough time, and cant keep up with everything that's going on, its just too messy now.
its a shame, the noahs arc ads were brilliant and its descended into this flood of desperation and sewerage.

hope Alex has a plunger.
