Post BB Housemate Antics - Part 3

Gee, I hope they feel good about themselves. The irony of the situation is that Tully has completely brought this critism on herself by not being able to stop tweeting comparisons between her and Lawson. Poor Rohan, jeez.
I thought exactly like you did. Had she not compared herself to him, more than once, perhaps no one would have said anything about her. I still don't get why Tahan felt the need to get involved. Her input was petty and unnecessary. I can honestly say, I have not changed my opinion, of either girl, since the show.

The ganging up on him was ridiculous, but poor Rohan? Nah for me.

Yeah, this tweet wasn't needed from Rohan. Still doesn't change the fact that I felt very sorry for him when Tahan and Stacy jumped in and said what they did though. I hate seeing people gang up on someone, and especially when they use something they know is a spot of insecurity against them.

I found Stacy's involvement telling too. Her "he doesn't even go here" aka "you're not one of us" is really consistent with how she came across when she was in the house when she and Benjamin were the main instigators of the isolate Estelle movement.

No, I hear you on that aspect. I just think that if Tully "asks for" negative reactions, he's not exactly innocent of that himself. Such a dickish tweet.

Yeah, for the record I wasn't pissed with Tully in the original exchange at all. What got me offside was that I didn't think the level Tahan and Stacey went to when they jumped in was needed or at all comparable with what Rohan tweeted given Tully has been out on SM making countless comparisons to her and Lawson herself. If Tully was portraying that she was incredibly upset or insecure about the whole thing and he went there I would see it very differently and understand why Tahan/Stacy jumped in like that if that makes any sense.

I see this so differently for some reason, but tully is a friend to them and they feel some type of protectiveness to her, so she gets enough hate from people, but to get some negativity from a former bb contestant too... I can see why they wanted to jump in. As a friend, you do that without thinking of the situation. Many on these boards do the same, and don't even realize when they are ganging up, so I take this in the same way. And regarding whether Tully chose to put herself in the firing line by commenting about the clawson thing, well as a friend it wouldn't matter, because they would know her motivations for doing so and therefore understand it better, but regardless friendship is the main motivation imo.

Agreed, again. I forgot she chimed in. I couldn't stand her in the house, and it was just because of this kind of behavior. She was a follower, and apparently still is. Does she even know Rohan? Where did she even come from?

I don't think you're seeing it too differently to me. I certainly get where you're coming from. I just found what was said really mean spirited and not comparable with what was originally tweeted. Like I think they could have easily defended Tully without needing to go there. Two wrongs don't make a right and all that.

I don't think she does. She knows Tully but I've never seen any indication that she knows Rohan...hence why her "he doesn't even go here" is so ridiculous. She wasn't even in their series. Just butt the hell out you nasty cow (sorry, never liked her).

Yeah I get that, but sometimes without realizing it, you can get quite defensive over a friend. I know myself for example, especially in 'real life', I can take a lot of bitchiness, but the moment a person I adore is stepped on even if it is in the slightest, I can get so incredibly protective and not see how far I have gone. I don't like the pack mentality thing, but I honestly don't think it was meant either. I just see it more of a let's shut this thing down before it ever happens again type of thing. It was not the appropriate thing, but I don't feel sorry for Rohan. Tully tweets so it is seen as putting herself in the firing lane, well the same thing for rohan, he tweeted and therefore placed himself in the firing line too as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah I certainly get where you're coming from. That's not exactly the way I read what went down (for example I think they were trying to get into it rather than shut it down) and I didn't like seeing it get so nasty, but you're certainly right that Rohan put himself out there for that to happen and you're also right that we don't know their motivations.

Everyone will have their own version of how they see it I guess. It also does come down to how we view a hm to begin with I suppose. But yeah we don't know their true motivations, and you could be 100% right. I hope that's as far as the tweets go though.

Problem I have with Tully and this whole Lawson thing, is Tully has a tendency to make things about her.

I'm sure she means well with Lawson, but I would of thought if she learned one thing from her disaster it would be when to shut up.

Tully reach out to Lawson privately let him know, not the whole world via twitter that you are there for him.

Despite all that I couldn't give a flying fuck if Lawson is doing it tough and the same for Tully last year. The public humiliation they have brought upon people they supposedly love or loved is just totally unforgivable and inexcusable. If I hear one more time about how hard it is the house and we don't understand. No I do understand neither Tully nor Lawson were able to control themselves for 6 or 7 weeks and selfishly carried on without an ounce of respect or thought for other peoples feelings.

As for this Candice, good girl stay off social media, don't sell your story hold your head high but speak to none of these vultures in the press.
