I have to share with you something extraordinary that happened to me last week. I had a life epiphany. You might think this is crazy, but those who know me by now should realise my life is crazy and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Warning, this is going to get a bit hippie and deep, and you have my permission to laugh, I know I am! But if there’s one thing I’ve learnt is that it always feels good to smile! So here goes…

After a busy month of work, traveling to different states, last week I realised I was burning out and needed a break. I felt like I was being pulled in 100 different directions and wasn’t sure if any of them were the right path. So I cleared my diary for a few days and decided in the morning I would just get up and leave, throw caution to the wind and go on a spontaneous road trip into the wild. With no plans but to drive north, I threw a tent and mattress in the back of my car and took off. Something was calling me.

After about 10 hours of driving, I pulled into my favourite beachside town. I ignored the signs which said no camping on the beach and pitched my tent on the sand. I slept naked under the stars and in the mornings I walked barefoot into town to find a bubbler to brush my teeth under. I ate canned tuna for lunch and spent most of the day worshipping the sun and surf. Heaven.

On the last night as I wandered along the beach back to my tent something truly magical happened. Under a starlight sky, the wet sand lit up and glowed a brilliant green under my feet with each step. I left a trail of glowing footprints along the beach behind me which slowly faded. I looked up in amazement to see the crashing waves also exploding with glowing colour! I was in a true state of wonder, one of those extraordinary moments where you feel truly alive and all your worries and fears fade away. I was witnessing the natural phenomena of bioluminescent plankton, microscopic living organisms that emit light when disturbed. I began to jump in the air, my impact causing clouds of lightening-like light to shoot from my feet as they hit the ground. It was a truly unbelievable experience in nature! I calmed my excitement and stared out at the moon over the ocean. In that moment everything became clear. I knew who I was, and where I wanted to go. I felt the quiet voice in my heart say, ‘you know who you are, so just be’.

The last 12 months have been a truly magical ride. What I achieved in 2013 was a dream come true, the culmination of a long journey of hard work and the support of so many. I had reached the top and felt like the whole world was ahead of me. I’d been given so much opportunity, and I am truly grateful for I am so blessed. After such an incredible year I had but one goal for 2014, that by the end of it I would know without a doubt who I was and where I was headed. To know my purpose in life and the message that I wanted to tell the world. Last week on the beach under that starry sky witnessing something truly phenomenal, I realised I had arrived at that place…I know who I am and I’m ready for what’s next.

Beyond the tabloid headlines, the Instagram freebies, the red carpet parties and my trivial pranks, Tim has a genuine cause he is living for. Not everyone will see past the fluff, but those that do will catch what I’m all about and see my heart. I know I am here to help give a voice to the misfits, to encourage and empower the weirdos, to accept the rejected and give hope to the hopeless. I want to share the wonder that I have for the universe, my thirst for life and my realisation that true happiness can be achieved when you live an extraordinary life caring for the world we live in and those we share it with. I won’t always get it right and you can bank on me making many more mistakes along the way. No doubt life will throw me some curveballs and questions which will try to slow me down, but as long as I stay true to me and who I was called to be, then everything else will fall into place.

If you have a dream, chase it. If you have a calling, obey it. Don’t let your destiny be robbed by fear or insecurity. Discover who you are and go out into the world as the unstoppable force that is your true authentic self. And never underestimate what you can discover in the quiet moments alone in nature, where you can connect with something truly out of this world. #wonder

Sandra said David is saving his beard hair(from the sanctuary?) to go on the eviction wall when he leaves the house, and during the Hotel task Ryan farted into the plastic bag....probably around the time when Ryan and Sandra said they should just leave one chocolate on David's bed instead of two, like for the other guests

Her MUA is terrible - they haven't even attempted to blend at her cheeks or nose. It's make her look like her skin is peeling. And let's not even get started on the "hair stylist". I'm pretty sure Tahan can do a better job herself. Or she could find a random 4 year old who could do a better job.

Actually, looking at next photo, I think they just caked to much make up on and Tahan probably started sweating a bit in the sun and rubbed it off.
