In Defence Of Cat & Lawson

Lol at the end of BB... If Clawson were to be in a relationship, it prob wouldn't last cause their families and friends won't approve, and on the basis of how their relationship started..prob trust issues would come into play. I think how any relationship starts off will matter. Its a shame really cause when they do eventually find someone..The past will always be lurking on the Internet.

Btw..what's this toe thing everyone has been talking about?

I thought it was funny as fuck so I made the pic about him raw doggin cat with his toes :D apparently that's what has happened lol.
 
Thinking about the age gap between them. Lawson is 23 and kat is 31. That's 7 years. I don't know if age matters or not. But it's a pretty big gap.

Lawson does have older brothers, so he may be use conversing or socialising with people that are older than him.

She's 30 isn't she? Btw I can't agree with you on the whole "The family and friends won't approve so it won't last" thing. Even in my own circle of family/friends there has been disliked or "unapproved" views on relationships that really just fall upon deaf ears. At the end of the day when two people want to be together..well they are going to be together. I don't know bro. It seems the best relationships are when friends and family happily interact well together. Otherwise it wouldn't be an entirely happy relationship

Plus she lives in Melbourne, Lawson in Perth. I give them a less than 5% chance of lasting longer than Tully and Drew when they leave the house, if they're even still together when they do.

I can't imagine a "31" year old woman giving up after trying so hard with a younger man. But is he ready for what she's ready for? I'd say probably not but I won't make judgement and just assume I know what's going to happen. If they do split up I'd say it's because that's what HE wanted. But again It's just what comes to mind.

I don't think it's about wanting to give up. Tully and Drew didn't want to give up but beyond them living in separate states, life in there isn't like life out here. And when BB stops paying for your flights together to official events and fan signings, real life kicks in and when it does, you're physically separated to make it even worse. There's a reason why in all the seasons of BBAU only one couple has ever went the distance after BB although even they ended up divorced and most of them end soon after they leave the house, if not before. Well actually all of them end either in the house or soon after other than two who did manage to last a couple of years. And for several reasons I don't see Cat and Lawson breaking that trend.

Well I don't see Cat being the one backing out of this. In my experience women of Cats age aren't looking for flings or one night stands. I would say Cat is legitimately looking for a life partner. Lawson however...the boy is 23 Cat really doesn't stand much of a chance.

The only convincing love stories on BB nowadays are the ones that take the participants outside the bounds of what is "acceptable". You can keep yer fauxmances, showmances and bromances, real drama begins when something is at stake.

I don't think she was looking for a life partner when she hooked up with him. She has feelings for him that's for sure. Long distance is pretty undesirable and coupled with with the age gap... it's not an appealing situation. She would prob stil want to be with him cause she has feelings for him. But I doubt it if she sees him as a likely potential life partner at this stage.

I disagree, Why would a 31 yr old woman try so hard with a guy knowing he is not only much younger but he also had a girlfriend. That takes some pretty hardcore commitment to still go after him to the point of winning him over. Really? All of that just for a fling in the house??...I don't think so.
