David Appreciation Thread

The letter that David wrote to his loved ones is available to read on his David To Win Big Brother 2014 facebook page. Enjoy the read!

That's beautiful and so genuine. I bet you guys were so happy to get it and hear his thoughts! I love the part where he says that although he was sad at the start because he's on the outer he doesn't mind so much now because it's made him appreciate how lucky he is to have the family and friends he does on the outside. I know how hard it would be for you as his family to know that he's been pretty isolated in there but I'm sure it's put you all at ease finding out that he's found a silver lining and isn't dwelling on it :)

Thank you so much for sharing that! He's a man who definitely has his priorities right and would be someone I'd be very proud to have as my friend or family if I were one of you. Definitely underscores my opinion of him as an individual in there who knows himself and his values and who is genuine. That was great.

Such a lovely letter and really does show he's not all ME ME ME! Seems he is wondering more about what his lovely family and friends are up to than anything else! What a top guy. He is making the best of his situation (being on the outer) and his approach towards it inspires me to try to do the same in my own life! Thanks David! Here, have some more votes hahaha

Ok I got most of it, he does have terrible handwriting. They should have let them type them out lol

Is that his own paper or did BB provide it?

Well it's a bit more personal to get a handwritten letter than a typed one and he did only have 30minutes to get it onto paper and that time would have included gathering his thoughts also so all up I think he did a pretty good job. I did laugh at him not being able to spell 'sanctuary' though so he just calls it 'sank'.
No, they can't being paper or pens into the house so that's is Big Brother issued stationery. He must like combi vans :)

Yep, super proud and super happy with the letter. I wish we could reply! We have all written letters already - and recorded videos - but it was for an earlier challenge and I suspect they never got used.
I'm glad to share this with you all :)
