Interview Questions!

I'm surprised @Luke Blundell you expressed publicly how you felt about certain housemates. I understand just like any of us you as a fan have your own opinions, likes and dislikes. Do you think though as someone who is planning to interview them you should share with the public what you think as a fan? I find when some radio commentators do this it doesn't allow for impartiality.

Hey Mate,

I am a huge fan of the show, and interview the housemate as a fan.

The way I see it is this is a TV show, these are all characters. I compare it to Sport. I'm a huge fan of NRL and HATE manly, but when I met the manly team I was wrapped, having a good old chat to the guys, talking footy. i couldn't stand Gemma's character, I told the world and I told Gemma, but in person she's amazing, and that's why I use the word character a lot. I told Sam he wasn't my favourite, I told Lisa and Katie and Jake what I thought about their characters and they understand they could be perceived differently. Because the way I see it majority of these people arnt like they are on the show then they are in real life. I wasn't a fan of Sam but loved talking to the bloke and his interview was one of my best. So when I meet them, they are no longer "Big Brothers Jake, or Big Brothers Sam" I'm meeting Sam Braham or Jake Richardson, and I sit down with them, have a chat and get to know them. I know some people took offence to what I said hence why I deleted my comment, but when they are in the house I will always share my opinion.

:)

thanks for the response but curious why you began with "Hey mate"

...because he is an Aussie?
possibly but in 7 years of posting i've never had anyone begin their response to me with 'hey mate'. I also haven't seen luke refer to any other poster that way (that i've noticed). so i guess i was wondering if it was more of 'now listen here mate'...

HAHAHA not at all, I usually call everyone mate or dude, I love when anyone rights something to me, good or bad I take everything constructive :) I'm never angry or anything like that.

Sorry @Butterfly_Wings

Ok well fair enough question then I guess. I use 'hey mate' a lot IRL. Luke seems quite 'Aussie blokey' so I wouldn't have read it that way. But that's just me :)

The Sam interview was great! Very interesting some of things he said, particularly about Cat being cheated on before, BB telling him to apologise to Aisha although he didn't want to and acknowledging that Travis handled that situation better than he'd first said.

I don't get the Marina and Thailand thing though. She said in her media rounds that she met her boyfriend of one month in Thailand so how much of a tan did he expect her to have by the time she went in the house?

I suppose thats the game of Big Brother, first impressions and you don't really know people. Maybe he just didn't like the intruders

Yeah I suppose they'd just be looking for reasons to not trust them or at least see if they were in there with an agenda. Sucks that there's so much this season that we're missing out on.

Thats why I try to get as much info as possible. Sams interview was amazing! The fact he said about Big Brother saying he should apologise, about Cats Ex, make me love Big Bro!

How good was the first real coffee out of the house?

Did you feel your insecurities play up due to being surrounded by girls you wouldn't usually hang around?
