I was happy to lose Sam, and agree on the dynamics you mentioned. Will be interesting to see how it all plays out and how Ryan handles Travis's re entry.

yeah at the moment Lawson and Ryan might think Aisha's crying over the day spa incident lead to both Sam and Travis being evicted because of their 'fight'? unless Ryan thinks he won his fight with Travis, so that's why Travis was evicted...
 
I'm late to the party again, I've only just finished watching the ep. How good has it been to watch David's journey go from bad to better to good to looking very promising!

I get the feeling Travis and David could team up (albeit unintentionally) and become the next alphas, and will be waving goodbye to Sandra and Ryan as they leave - how satisfying. I'm not even a big Travvie fan, but he's been on the outer like David, and I'll always cheer for an underdog.

Sandra will regret all her Dave-related actions soon, what a silly girl.

Hopefully Skye helps our David with her powerplay! But I don't think he needs it, he won't be out any time soon.

yeah I was just watching a video of Jason's prank on Leo on jump-in, and noticed Sandra and David were still sharing a bed

I'm just happy I got to see David's ever so perfectly furred chest...not too much, not too little. *swoon*. I agree I think Sandra will come crawling back to David and David being the sweetie that he is will welcome her with open arms but he's no dummy, he'll keep one eye opened on her the entire time. As for Travvie and Dave teaming up, very interesting concept...we'll have to see on that one. Just please since Travvie is gone that the noms don't swing towards Dave...I don't think they will, I think they'll swing towards Lawson and/or Cat. Seems everyone is sick of their pawing at each other.

Oh my I'm the same way on sleeping. I can't stand to be woken up unexpectedly, I turn into a raving lunatic...LOL.

I think Ryan initially thought that when Travis was evicted, Sam going next might have confused him. It's going to be interesting girl.

I def think there is a friendship there between David and Travis. Travis reminds me of one of davids friends outside the house and to be honest I have never had a problem with Travis so I am def glad he was most saved. I had a strong feeling it would be him but thought Priya would be up there too.
No one seems to have picked up that when David and Sam hugged there was a conversation between them and from snippets that I think I heard I think they were talking about looking after Sandra and being there for her so I def think we will see a bit of David and Sandra together but I reckon it will def be on a friends level.

I think noms will be interesting. I can see Ryan getting a few points thrown his way and I wonder if David will be one of those that throws a few his way.

LOVE what they're showing of David (even if not that much airtime) at the moment. Sandra said she has no strong female relationships in the house and I'm sure David will want to look after her. It's just that she's not worthy! ;)
I think that even if David gets put up (BETTER NOT!) he'll be fine if Cat, Lawson and Sandra are up as well. Will be interesting.

I agree, I really think there is a friendship between the two as well. I actually posted this too in another thread. The way David went to the boys and explained how it was for travis- that was more than just understanding how travis would be feeling, left out. I'm not too surprised that Travis is leading the boards, the fight between Ryan and him, that worked in his favour. It will work in davids favour too, because now the others are vulnerable too :) :) And I'm so happy about that! Plus David has received a good wrap from it after coming to travis' defense without actually stepping on the others toes. We may not get to see a lot of david, but what we do, it's in his favour... that's all we need! Little steps to get to the end.

I did not pick up on that. Interesting. I actually like Sandra at times :redface:. I have not completely written her off as a good hm, so I'm hoping with sam gone, we will see some of the Sandra that was promised to us in her promo. I liked her around david early on. I'm sure david will like having her around too, even if she has been a pain to him. David deserves to have the best experience in the house, and having people to engage with will def make him feel secure. But now with sam gone, if Sandra still treats david the way she was- the girl will lose her last standing leg as far as I'm concerned
 
Ugh...I hope Hot-mess doesn't cling to David now that Sam left. I have a feeling she will now gravitate towards Leo...which is fine with me. Of course David will be there for her...if she comes looking for support...because he such a nice, stand-up bloke. But, she doesn't deserve him...and he doesn't need her hot-messes burning him or her cold-shoulders freezing him out again.

I have a feeling she might be next to go...if she is up. Speaking of which...fingers are crossed that Slayvid avoids being nominated again this week...
 
Went back and watched episode one because there are always things that in hindsight are quite interesting. In the small clip shown when Jake had to choose between Gemma and David, David says "There is no coming back after cheating. Cheating is a dealbreaker". Yeah, you tell em! Anyone else thinks Jake's game would have ended much differently had he chosen David when he had the chance instead of Gemma?

Jake and Sandra's game would have been so much different. Gemma was an obvious choice to go first though.
