To all those who like or dislike Ed, hello! Life is what happens while you're busy making other plans so I haven't had much to say of late. Ed doing well it seems and nice girlfriend. Very disappointed in this years BB- I think we were all spoilt last year by a fantastic cast and this years a let down. Love 'em or hate 'em, it's great to see this thread still going so I dips me lid to all you true believers- keep it going! TTFN

I agree and also don't get it.... Ed 's got quite a settled life going now as he's sorted it out after the BB experience. The response here is scary - yes! I just don't get what he's done wrong over the last few months? Got a good job and a nice girlfriend. Got on with life, yet still posts on social media so everyone gets to see what's he's doing.....what's he done so wrong?? If you check his social media, he responds to fans and seems really quite liked.....but will always be haters!

Have I been missing all this outlandish hatred and abuse that's still going on? A little criticism or snarky comment here and there does not seem worth the drama. But it's entirely possible that I haven't been paying attention?

He suposedly took advantage of Princess Jade and threw her out like a used condom once he was done with her.
That's the impression I get why many in this thread harbour animosity against him but of course I could be completely off base.
Thank you! Jeez, I've been reading the last few comments thinking wtf?! Yeah there's been some snarky comments in response to some of Ed's pictures but he's certainly not special there...all of the HMs cop snark/criticism. In fact I think Ed gets off pretty lightly in comparison to some of them. There only ever seems to be a random blow up though when it's to do with Ed.
You are (completely off base). I like Jade a lot, but in a way I'm happy Ed ended it that way...it was the only way she'd learn and she seems much happier and is doing well for herself now (as is Ed).
My only real issue with Ed actually has nothing to do with Jade. I think he appears too image obsessed and displays a distinct lack of substance (not saying he doesn't have any - just that I haven't seen it) so I still have difficulty working out what his deal is.

It's nothing to do with Jade - it is Ed and how he chooses to portray himself, and the things that he places importance on. A quick look at who/what he follows on social media, as well as his posts, just seem to show a lack of personal substance and a focus on image and material items.

Exactly how i feel.
I have no hatred or animosity towards him, it is just that in my eyes he is one strange dude and his forays into male fashion just make me embarrassed for him.
Yep, I've never had any animosity to him post-BB either. In fact I've previously spent a lot of time on here and on SM ranting at people that were constantly hurling abuse at him on Twitter and Instagram.
It's very rare that I actually hate anyone. And since I really have no idea who the dude is beyond the image projection he puts across I certainly don't have enough to go off to actually fuel hate.
He made me really flipping angry on the show but honestly most people felt that way about him at the time. That feeling certainly subsided once he was off my tv screen all the time though. Like you, I just find some of the things he does strange more than anything...however I also know that I'm certainly not from his kind of world or lifestyle so I'm probably just not used to it.

If his whole persona bothers you that much you could just ignore his SM offerings. I know that's what I do with the hms SM feeds I feel indifferent to or just flat out do not care for. Just a suggestion but I suspect you enjoy giving Ed a whack or 2 for old times sake.
Hi Pookie, nice to see you back. I do hope you come back again soon. And yes, I totally agree, this years hms don't seem to excite me as last years. Even the ones I didn't necessarily like still excited me more too from last year. But who knows whether that is the hms fault or just crappy bb editing and lack of giving much away of these hms. I don't have issues with hats on indoors but that's probably because I'm surrounded with people who wear hats indoors lol. Lazy boys who cant be bothered fixing their hair days mean hat days I suppose. I hope you have had fun while life was getting busy

I know you're just trying to cause trouble so I probably don't need to point out that even though I choose not to follow his "offerings" on SM I still see them here...right?
