They (Priya & Katie) let themselves be put under pressure, they DIDN'T have to spend any of the money, it was THEIR choice. They let themselves be badgered into it, through feelings of guilt or possibly thinking of future recriminations against them. They had so much confidence in their own ability to stay in the house on merit and on entertainment value, that they BOUGHT IMMUNITY. Then what happens? As soon as they were eligible to be nominated, they are both nominated anyway and some of the shit excuses that BB accepted, were about the money. The other housemates felt an entitlement to it, that they shouldnt have. I wonder if this made any difference to the $30,000 being in the form of cheques, although no doubt if Lawson, Jake or Aisha are facing a strong chance of eviction, they could also be offered IMMUNITY, for a price. Its Big Brothers rules, thats why only idiots would waste money on voting.

Well if you were in the house and had to carry money around and had BB make you tell them it was from the prize money and then had BB lie to you about a pair being evicted (when only one would be evicted and then by the HMs) to get money from you...then maybe you would be more sympathetic. The BB house has pressures you don't get outside, you are stuck with people in a confined space and the cameras are on all the time. You have to live with these people for potentially quite a few weeks so you can't just pretend others don't exist. All the HMs would have paid something out from that by the end of the week as BB would have made sure they did by some twist or other.

Yep, just what I was thinking. Cat is not Dynamic enough to be liked by the public that much..... Oh wait.....

Can't see how that happened. Wish more knew when it was up. Thought someone like Skye would have won. I mean wouldn't it be amusing for it to go to someone who had no idea what to do with it?
 
Its another one of those so called Powers thats lost its lustre. I think the housemates regard it as a poisoned chalice, rather than an advantage now. I wouldnt trust the Jump-In site to do anything, especially anything to do with voting. Several people in here have mentioned different ways that the voting can be manipulated. They might as well send a covered bucket around the house, with a ball for each of the housemates in it and the one that picks the blackball, gets Head of House for the week. Priya and Katie got $$$'s out of it, so they benefitted from it. Jason, didnt seem to benefit much with the Power. Lawson didnt seem to get much as Head of House, he won the money with his partner by competing against the others in the pairs competition. Then Sam this week, what advantage has Head of House been to him, surely at the very least, he could have nominated someone else to drink the BB shake instead of him, it hardly seemed like he had the Power. Where are all these lightning strikes and storms we were promised? Breathlessly awaiting ANOTHER World 1st.

Sam and Sandra are acting worse than Lawson and Cat. Sam also has a girlfriend on the outside, but he is happy to lay down with Sandra and cast moral judgement, or talk about Lawson and Cat's actions. I thought Lawson behaved in a responsible manner, when attacked by a Cougar.
