I'm actually studying. Finishing a law degree this year. Currently in an intensive on Technology Contracts. 9-4 days of lectures. It's actually really interesting but when you do these things there are people who are so smart, so focused, organised and on top of everything. So I kind of tune in and out.

At the moment we're going over something hilarious. In 1998 VW bought Rolls Royce cars. However the trademark wasn't owned by them, it was owned by the aircraft company. So they could make Rolls Royce cars but not actually call them Rolls Royce haha

When I am writing essays or cramming, the worst part for me is that I can't get it out of my head when I'm laying in bed. Just going over it, things to write about, plans and all sorts of crap. It's horrible. That's the problem when you're all alone in bed with your thoughts and no nice alternatives.

LAW studies hey? you must be a smart cookie! I originally got my tickets as a remedial massage therapist but just loved kids too much to give it up and turned my teenage babysitting work into a business.The call of a real pay check and structured work roster is a callin' though! I tend to try and watch something mindless as i fall asleep (an old episode of the simpsons or something else i have seen before) stops the worry creeping up on me!
 
Priya knew, or suspected, that Lawson was behind the stealing of her money. He was the first person she went to after it was stolen. Priya was terribly upset by this act, so upset in fact that it led to her vomiting. She is holding in her feelings, but surely she must be holding a grudge against Lawson and some of the others whom she would be suspecting would have been in on the theft. So when it comes time for Lawson and others to be expecting, nay demanding, that Priya fork out $100 or more for a meal, she is going to be thinking twice about doing so. The question is, will Priya be open about her reasons for witholding money from them, or will she keep her reasons secret from them, knowing that she could be seen as vindictive.

Oh you don't feel smart when studying law. You feel immensely dumb compared to everyone around you.

I try to watch stuff at night, but if I start watching stuff, I end up just watching and watching. I don't think I feel sleepy. So I will just stay up and some times I go to bed and fall straight asleep. Other times lay wide awake. I generally have the uni stuff going through my head in the mornings. The uni schedule does at times allow sleep ins and you're just in and out and stress and argh!

So you give a mean massage? Now I am sitting here with an aching back, dammit! I need a massage!


Stupid backpack full of giant folders, laptops and stuff on public transport and walking home!

Why didn't BB just tell them to say that when they first addressed the house, rather have to go through it all again? I thought the stealing of the money and the diner were enough for now. I hope we get some naturally occuring story this week too rather than have it purely about the power twist.

This week is over though, we only have tonight's show and Sunday night's show, which will focus on the new HOH's being chosen. So I doubt we will get anything other than the power twist storyline this week.

That's the thing, Tahan. Katie's not going to come home with 10K because the pressure will get to her. You never had to deal with this in your season.

It was taken before the house was complete, yes, but also note the palm trees in their raised plant pots are blocking the camera run glass :)
 
I'm a bit late to the party. I guess you could say I am "behind" Big Brother at the moment. Like my pun? :) I hope to catch up in the next couple of days but have been busy.

Anyway this episode drove me crazy. All these housemates thinking they are entitled to Priya and Katie's money... Are they freaking kidding me? And all those housemates that say they will share the money with everyone (*cough* Jake *cough* Lisa) are full of s**t. :rolleyes::rolleyes:

Sam's true colours came out and boy did he come off greedy and self entitled. Don't like him at all anymore. Money really does change everything for some people.

Good on Skye and Cat for making sense. Some of these housemates act like they are starving in Africa. :eek:

Seemed Jason, Sandra and David didn't go onto any particular side. And I wonder what they really think but at least they don't seem to be money hungry idiots.

I don't like Katie, she came off as a hypocrite in the diary room. In that same conversation she asked big brother if she could have a secruity device on her money bag, states she doesn't want to share any of her money with Priya if Priya lost her money for good and then says Priya guards her money with all her life. Huh? You are doing the same thing idiot. Katie cares too much what people think of her.

Travis is an idiot and his fashion sense in this episode was WTF? He looked like my grandfather...

Jake...I really don't like him...bad rapper, bad clothes, comes across as fake, fake, fake. Has anyone made a nickname for him yet? It obviously should be "Fake Jake".

This guy is @Timdormer's room mate. Eww. I loved Tim last year. This guy doesn't seem like someone Tim would ever hang with. Do they really know each other that well? Jake is like the opposite of Tim and comes across as a wannabe Tim. Seriously why is Jake in the house?

So yeah I hate the majority of the housemates at the moment. And I'm sure somehow the prize money at the end will still be the full amount of a quarter of a million dollars. They are worrying over nothing :rolleyes:
