That's why you're just a busy little bird and you don't know shit other than what you squirt out (probably on my car tomorrow). She is not "just a character that we thought we used to know". There is a group of us that have posted daily together for 10 months in one thread when this forum was a sputtering crickets fest otherwise. Shit, without that thread there might've been 3 people on here daily. Tim had to close the first thread when it reached something like 1.5 million views and God knows how many posts, all from the same core people. This isn't a group who posted one or two posts about a topic and moved on to somewhere else. It was the same core group posting multiple posts daily, discussing things about our personal lives, etc. We've recognised trolls and nutters and flicked them off quickly. Camerashy isn't one of them. I have no clue if she's in the house or not obviously but I prefer to believe these clues and hope she is because I'm quite certain if she were on a holiday she would've let us know in one of our gazillion conversations about that. The alternative is that something sad or troubling happened to prevent her from posting so I'm crossing my fingers that option A is correct until proven otherwise.

I somehow got the impression, that who you are replying to, was or is in WA recently. I wondered where all those droppings on my car came from!

There are plenty of other threads on this forum, that this little birdwee can dispose its effluent on.

Even if CS did have to make a new account this year I'm sure she would have seen this thread and us asking about her in the HM antics thread by now and would have posted telling us that she's still around.

I'm with Mrs B. I badly want her to be in there - even if logically I know it seems unbelievable - because I don't want to consider the alternatives of why she'd suddenly vanish like that.

Sandra had my vote anyway but she certainly does now with the possibility she is in fact CS.
 
If her name here was camerashy1 why would a camera-shy one be in the house and on teev?

I don't understand why there' s a possibility she's in the house, other than she's not currently posting. Were there specific hints?

She was a regular here and she loved BB, we are concerned with her sudden disappearance and hoping as a best-case scenario that she is indeed Sandra.
 
So she could just be tied up in a dungeon as somebody's love slave, or have gone into a fugue state and forgotten she likes BB, or be a bit busy with a relationship or family difficulty, or been kidnapped by aliens and anal probed and dealing with a spot of PTSD, or gambled all her money and hocked her comp...

There's no other hints, other than she's not posting?

I think everyone here realises it's a very slim possibility that camerashy is indeed Sandra, but the alternatives are quite grim so we've all held onto the hope that it is her.

It's a bit like how you like to believe there's a place up in the clouds we all go when we die, whereas the grim reality might not be as fun.

For goodness sake folks (and for the sake of sanity and common sense), if somebody online has never been seen in the real world by somebody else online and a photo of the occasion posted back online, or something like that, then the chances are they are not who they claim to be and you shouldn't be wasting a moments worry for them.

For example, I'm yet to see any kind of Real Proof that our @Trala is who they claim to be. Sure, we've seen the odd happy snap, but where is the proof that those happy snaps are actually of @Trala ?

People are creatures of habit, and when those habits change without any warning then this provokes the question of why. It also provokes a very human concern for the person behind the words. I fail to see where there is something bad in that, OR the speculation that they may be one of the housemates which is rather a fun thing to speculate on.
