What's for dinner?

^YUM!!!!!!

My dinner was cheese toastie with tea. I know exciting stuff... I did add dried oregano on it- so that's makes it a bit fancy I suppose

...the cheese toastie sounded good until you said the word 'tea'... urgh!:vomit:... yeah I know... I'm probably the only pommy in the world that hates tea!... it's horrid!... lol!... cheers.:)

We can't be friends :p I love tea. Earl grey being my fave. You can't call yourself a pommy either, it ruins the image lol

Why do I have a feeling I should know... Sounds like I am missing out on something amazing?

If you like tea, then you MUST find your nearest store and get there pronto. Hundreds of flavours of delicious teas. And yeah the stores are an experience. You can try before you buy etc.

I thought everyone knew about T2! You should visit one of their stores asap SG, they even offer you a tea to drink while you browse.
I got a bit addicted and went crazy for a while. I've banned myself from going back until most of my tea has been consumed lol.

It really is amazing!
My fav T2 is the Rose Green Tea.

Green rose is a particular favourite of mine too.
Also love creme brûlée!

Fruitalicious and Turkish apple in an ice tea is the bomb diggity bomb.

I was checking out their website and looking at their locations... I can't believe how many times I have been to some of these shopping centres and I never took notice of the shop. Well they offer tea for their customers, how can I say no.

Btw you will find what I should know about, I won't. I'm slowly becoming a hermit haha.

Green rose sounds a delight

Tonight for the first time I made stuffed eggplant (mince meat, herbs and onion) and baked them in red sauce topped with pine nuts. Rice on the side. My good friend gave me the recipe and my gosh it's so freaking good. You have to use the baby eggplants. I'm doing this one again

^Oh I love stuffed eggplants. I usually cook them with a herbed rice/eggplant flesh filling, but mr nutmeg would love them with mince so I might try that this week.

Tonight we had celery, leek and cheese pie, which I thought was going to be really average but was surprisingly yummy.

It sounds delish with stuffed rice, might give it that extra smokiness too. Ok, well you try my way and I'll try yours next time ;)

A big plate of random veggies including brussels sprouts, broccoli, carrot, peas, fried mushrooms, char-grilled capsicum, zucchini slices( crumbed in my special recipe then baked in the oven) and brown rice on the side.

Dessert was ice cream with brandy cherries.

Tonight I made my own version of lasagna. I had 2 little oven proof dishes and put brown pasta some spaghetti meat, white sauce and cheese. Put them in the oven for about 30 minutes, ate one and put the other in the fridge for tomorrow night. Had a side of Brussels sprouts and peas.
