I imagine he would have expected the comments that he got. I think he thrives on it in some kind of weird way.
some ppl had been complaining about his long hair on his instagram photos lately, so maybe he thought it was time for a trim/tidy up

did Tully comment? I don't have instagram, so can't read all comments.
jewelk0221@tee_smyth yep. But he is still a cutie.

When a jury pool is taken into a courtroom the charges are read, the defendant's name is revealed and the witness list. If you feel the case is something you can't be impartial about, or you know the defendant or a witness you tell the judge (you go up to him and tell him - it isn't said so that anyone else can hear), and the judge can then excuse you. It means that you still remain available for summoning though. After every one in the jury pool has had that opportunity, then they start jury selection (in NSW, this is).
Similar selection process I went through for a murder case but after you said you were available for jury, they called your name out and you had to walk through in front of the accused and his lawyer for them to pick a certain number of jury members they thought would suit there case. They asked you questions and it depended on your answer as to if you were picked. It was very uncomfortable

Wouldn't I be the perfect juror though - prepared to view both sides of the story. Won't make a rash decision? Won't make any decision at all............. Case closed.......
Lol you'd be so popular with your fellow jurors sweating in that tiny room. And I don't think alcohol is served in the jury room.

Really? Which state are in you in? In NSW names are not allowed. When you front up on the morning of your jury duty you are given a number - from then on that is you official ID. No names at all. To select the jury 12 numbers are randomly pulled out. Those 12 sit in the jury box.You are then juror # 1,2, etc depending on which seat you are in. No questions are asked at all. Either side will simply look at you, mutter amongst themselves, then say "challenge # whatever", and that juror is excused gets up and leaves the jury box. The court officer then pulls another number out randomly, that person takes a seat in the box, and the process is repeated until there are 12 jurors.

That's the way it's done in QLD too and I had thought throughout Australia as well. Normally no questions are allowed to be asked of potential jurors, it's all gut instinct.

I don't want to sound like an Instagram hysteric, but...surely Drew's hair is styled like that for some particular reason and he doesn't intend to go around all the time with that big pouf on top? Right?

This was country Vic they were asking what we did for our jobs. If you were a professional career person with a brain they weren't interested. They had you replaced with someone like a pensioner/older person or like someone on the dole who in there eyes doesn't use there brain as much.

the hairdresser may have done that, or it's from a modelling job, or it's like that for Sam's b'day party( it they are celebrating it tonight)

I don't think it looks that bad, and we haven't seen the back yet
