Post BB - Housemate Antics 2013 - Part 2

I'm just feeling a bit silly. Not used to twiddling my thumbs. Yeah @camerashy1 the food isn't bad, and it's all made the healthy way. My most hated part of this hospital stay isn't all the needles. It's that automatic blood pressure machine trying to break my arm every hour. That really hurts. And if you whine and move around at all, :), the thing restarts and gets even tighter. :(

My beautiful dog who lived to 15 just had a few greys around his chin and eyes. I think they just get white hairs like humans - I had a 60 year patient recently who had a full head of white hairs, whereas my 99 year old is still going through the grey stage. And yes, she is incredibly cute

Had a cat that lasted til 19 or 20 I think. Was always older than me and died in my first year of uni as I recall.
Her ears stayed grey so not sure about the white ear thing.
 
Not sure why I was so sure he would release me this morning. He just left, said the pulmonologist will be in to see me this afternoon and then we will see. Think I will go walk the halls a bit...I am also ready for the new bbau, but our current bb USA is good, good cast this time, and bbuk is good too...laters

Have fun wondering the halls, I've never been to a hospital from being sick, I imagin there are lots of old men walking around with their hospital gowns showing off the arses.

A walk will do you good. Maybe the hospitals have gardens you can explore... Fresh air and all that.

if Ryan's company handles rentals, maybe he hooked Tully up with her apartment?

OR

she is staying at apartments that are For Sale, and the owners don't know?

OR

Ed could have hooked her up an apartment?

OR

Ryan and Ed are hooking up and Tully just stays at apartments

Ok so where does last nights date fit into all of this - maybe he is a real estate agent as well? There are lots of apartments in Melbourne. At the moment he is destined to be remembered as the finger.

Yeah I don't blame you. I unfollowed Tully before Christmas I think and only added the Lowers after Polo. They're living on a prayer now though. I was thinking after my first post that it's almost like when a friend moves to a new city or moves back to their home town (something I did for a short time long long long ago). You get really excited and enamored of them because they're "new" and so you rearrange plans, they become the center of everything for awhile and all their stories seems fresh. But after awhile you have to return to your real life and you realise that you don't need to talk to them every day to still be able to catch up on each others' lives quickly when you finally do catch up. The shine wears off but your fondness doesn't. That's where I'm at with most of these HMs now and probably why I'm itching for some new ones. We know the gist of what we're going to see in here every day and that familiarity is lovely but I'm ready for the excitement and even angst on the forum as we're debating who to vote for, what we'll see on the LFs. etc.

And strangely I realised while typing that that could apply to Tully currently being in Melbourne so I hope she has more sense than I did at the time to understand that people will eventually blend back into their real lives and not able to go out mid week and drink or whatever. It's easy to get caught up in the attention when you're around friends you don't normally see often and you have those rose-coloured glasses on when looking at a city. Probably just off on a tangent here but even though she picks my ass at times and I find her rather shallow at least on SM I really just want her to find her place wherever that may be and some happiness.

He was quiet from what I remember, seemed like a nice guy though.

oh, he works both of them, a double agent ;) last night's analogue digiter keeps watch, open inspections, owners coming back, minor details. his cuff did remind me of a spy jacket :sneaky:
