I just saw an ad for When Love Comes to Town - I don't watch it, recorded the first episode but haven't bothered since.

Anyhow, one of the guys is Leigh Jackson - he's originally from Sale (Victoria) and knows Drew and his family.

What is also interesting is that Tully has started following Leigh Jackson on Instagram.

From a forum point of view, we've just seen an album full of photos from the same place last week from Jaz - so it may seem worse than if Jaz hadn't just been. Plus we had Drew Bali photos a while back, so we have had a lot of Bali

Good point I never thought of it like that

Does rate of return really matter for the purposes of what she's doing, or do you mean the effect for her of spamming her followers? Because she has a lot more than the others there (real or not), I think, and so more likes on most of the photos. I think I get what you're saying, but compared to the whole crew she doesn't seem to be doing too badly at showing off the place.
I'm not sure how Hatch and the resort would measure the effectiveness of their campaign but I know if I'd been the one to shell out for these people to come, I'd be querying why this pic of hers from 4 days ago for example

had a lot more likes and comments than any of the ones I posted above. One company shelled out a manicure, the other business class flights and upscale accommodation/food/drinks. It's no big deal... I just usually scan the comments when I'm grabbing the pics to post to see if there's any gossip in them and I was surprised at how there were barely any. I even double-checked how long ago she'd posted them to make sure I wasn't seeing things lol

Gotcha! I wasn't involved in a freak elevator accident! I got a cast put on my arm as part of the Channel Nine GoldTelethon at the Sydney Children's Hospital where I met the legendary teenage brothers Will and Jack, who suggested the brilliant elevator story while signing my cast. The boys from Dubbo have Cystic Fibrosis and are at the hospital for a few weeks...hope you got a laugh out of our prank and I could help get the awareness out there about this awful disease! Head to www.cysticfibrosis.org.au and join me in donating to support families living with #cysticfibrosis

I wonder if people's tune will change when they learn it wasn't Tim's idea at all but was actually two kids with CF who came up with the prank. What a horrible guy that Tim trying to raise attention for such a shitty disease.

oopseys! slow poke me! haha

now he makes it all good ... too bad for anyone who genuinely felt concern for him ... this is why people have a MEH approach to anything he says/does ...

I did the unthinkable and went and looked at his photo on instagram. Cannot believe how gullible the 243 commenters and 7233 likers were when most of us in here were able to spot it as fake straight away.

so Sparrow - you didn't feel for one minute genuine concern for your Twitter buddy Tim?

I think its wonderful he thinks to promote charities and causes - good for him. But I do find him a little wearying.

He could have done this reveal earlier - but he's got the article in print now so Win/Win for Tim and the charity

A lot of people love him. Not the least bit sorry or embarrassed that I got upset when he first posted this prank. I did think it was a bit of a strange way to get hurt, but elevators can have mechanical problems. I'm very relieved he is all right. I'm sure those two boys have had fun with it. Tim is just living his life and having fun and if people don't like him they can buzz off and not read posts about him. sick of it.

I have no problem with the prank - but the Daily Mail article just stuns me. They haven't contacted him - which is a shame as it could have been added publicity for donating - but just taken the instragram of a known prankster at face value. They have also taken the tweet to Ed, without even bothering to find out why - the guy is in a plaster cast and it has been all over his instragram, so publicly accessible knowledge. And then just rehashed their own article about Jimmy from last week.

More quality work.

A prank like this would get more attention than a HM simply posting a tweet in support of something. And if it was the boys' idea I think it's even cooler.

I'm probably biased since I've been involved in a number of CF awareness campaigns, but it's my view any attention on the issue is good attention.

Love ya work Timmy :)
