Don't forget Mikkayla openly said that she encouraged Jade's infatuation with Ed because she wanted her to look bad.

I know it was all a game and everyone for themselves but instances like that and necklace-gate weren't Mikkayla's shining moments as a "friend".

Drew and Tahan were worse, but does Tim get a pass just because they were worse? Calling her a bad smell and saying she would do nothing with her life but marry someone like Ed are really unpleasant things for a friend to say behind your back.

I think we all know that was to inflate Tahan's ego. I don't blame Tim for catching onto the edit Tahan was getting

Now I am completely not following what you are going on about. That was not meant to sound dramatic, it was genuinely meant. I was just referring to the fact that there have been cases of stirring with you recently. When I said it was "sad I needed to specify" I just meant the recent bickering was sad.

I don't get where you are coming from at all, calling me a "shit stirrer" and referring to "males being dramatic".

It's a Date returns for season two

On the back of its breakout first season last year, ABC’s It’s A Date has started filming in Melbourne this week. The eight-part series will air later this year on ABC1.

Once again, series creator Peter Helliar has assembled an all-star cast including Lachy Hulme, Rhys Darby, Tasma Walton, Rove McManus, Shaun Micallef, Deborah Mailman, Kat Stewart, Phil Lloyd, Craig McLachlan, Vince Colosimo, Sam Simmons, Jimeoin, Susie Porter, Joel Creasey and Magda Szubanski.

Also expect the return of some of series one favourites Lisa McCune, Lawrence Mooney, Dan Wyllie, Ronnie Chieng, Celia Pacquola, Jess Harris and Emily Taheny.

But the million dollar question is “who will be dating whom?”

Peter Helliar says, “We are over the top excited to have started shooting Series 2 of It’s A Date this week for ABC TV. We look forward to bringing more awkward, beautiful, funny, sad dating scenarios; everything from a conjugal visit to the challenges of taking a date to a wedding. We look forward to catching up with some characters from series one and meeting plenty of new folk looking for love, sex, commitment and connection.”

Head of ABC TV Comedy, Rick Kalowski added, “Series 2 of It’s A Date boasts laughs and stars even bigger than Series 1. If you don’t find something to enjoy in this charming new season, you’re either dead, or the host of Media Watch”.

It’s A Date explores the tension, expectation and complication of finding true love.

Series 2 will see Peter Helliar scripting alongside some of Australia’s leading comedy writers – Phil Lloyd, Ryan Shelton, Luke McGregor, Eddie Perfect, Magda Szubanski, Celia Pacquola, Steven Gates and Roz Hammond.

Joining directors Peter Helliar and Jonathan Brough for Series 2 is up-and-coming comedy director Erin White.
