The date is probably realistic but the document looks fake to me. How many memos are sent as an actual physical document these days? Surely everyone does email? Also the 'confidential' watermark is a bit spy thriller.

the wednesday may date was the date the document was sent out.

and it is not a physical piece of paper. its a pdf document in attachment to an email.

if you look close enough at the top right you are able to see a part of the pdf application it was open in :)
