Billboard Music Awards not many good standout frocks but many bad standout frocks. Black also seemed to be the flavour of the night which I always find boring.

Nicki Minaj - Not the bright garish colours of old but she still brings the boobs.

Kesha - One of the better ones but a little formal for the occasion I think.

Shania Twain - Still has her looks if not her fame.
