This has been a good day, now I'm the Queen of my own country and Tim is the King. We will hang out on Bondi Beach all day eating carrots and drinking coconut water. We'll be kind to our subjects as long as they don't pee on our royal peas or put raw eggs in our clothes. We'll give them lots of free garlic too, for good health.

Just finished a massive circuit training session with Big Brothers [MENTION=25504]matt[/MENTION]filippi ! learnt so much in terms of how to run a session and make it fun! Can't wait to go to his boot camp sessions! thanks for the flogging Matt had so much fun!

I had the privilege of running FIT College students through a Boot Camp today. They smashed it! Good work guys.
