I agree. NYE is to be spent with your loved ones and closest friends unless something drastic is stopping you from doing so, so I say something is up with them and not in a good way!

Ok, I'm half in the bag now so I may be way off but I'm thinking she either tagged her to make sure she saw it or was trying to tag another T. Tully posted a heart on the pic so I'm thinking it's the former. But if the 3 of them drove to Pearl Beach today I'll piss myself laughing at how perfect it is... Drew would get to spend NYE with both Libby and Sam before they go back to Bali and Tully. Two (technically three obv) birds with one stone. Especially after all the "they've broken up" chat in here lately. I really don't think they're together tonight though but will be ecstatic to be proven wrong.
I'm thinking they're not. Doesn't look like the same place.
