Ok, gushing then. I always thought it was moronic to write out Gallifrey. The last Timelord. But now we get them back. Couldn't be happier. OK, maybe it won't happen straight away - but it IS going to happen. YAAAAAY
 
Was disappointed that while we got Billie Piper, we didn't get the real Rose. Was still great though. The Doctor's conscience.
 
I heard something about Tom & Peter & Colin & Sylvester recording some sort of unofficial reunion thing, but I never thought for a minute that any of them would be in this one.

I'm so glad they retconned Gallifrey back. I think I saw a photo in that Vault of Lalla Ward as Romana, as she is now. In the audios she's been President of Gallifrey, I'd like to think that could be true in the real series too.
 
I didn't really understand how Tom Baker fitted in. They were alluding to him being a doctor, but how could he be, at that age? Lovely for fans though. I wonder how new fans that don't know TB felt about that sequence?

I took Tom to be the curator doctor that retires like Matt says he wants to, sort of???

Beauty, now onto tonight, then the movies Monday.

Why ABC can't we be enjoying the live after party? and at least some crosses during the news, is it available anywhere via the net???

And I have wondered where Mud is too, maybe he's on holidays or something.

(LOL I made a flask of coffee last night, espressos on hand)
 
The wall in the black vault. I just wanted to freeze it and see everyone I could name but I wanted to keep watching guess what win out.
It was "Brilliant" and I squeed when I saw 9 and 12

I thought the same thing, great to get the live simulcast but the after party would we so much fun.

Bastards could give us something. And the Doctor celebration website has crashed of course, hmm.

Might take a nap then, or more coffee??

Been trying to find some after party clips, one with failed sound crossing to stupid 1Direction is all that has surfaced.

OOO John Barrowman just confirmed Cpt jack will be back, yeah, and sure was a shame to waste an immortal.

Fun bits though were before the movie with Strax telling you to turn off your phone and 10 and 11 (still keeping that numbering) to put on your 3 D glasses.

Now the repeat and the cool drama following tonight:)

The Five(ish) Doctors, written & directed by Peter Davison, is about 15-10mins, must see it is sweet and funny & has neat links to the Day of the doctor.
