Ugh I couldn't agree more, it's SO frustrating how everyone is just believing all of his shit even when they view the evidence that he has lied. It's always "Awh he's still adorable" uhhmmm really, because I find puppies adorable not middle aged men that can't fend for themselves hahaha
 
Doesn't seem like Nick's going with Ed so I suspect we'll see some Jaded pics this weekend.

I think that's what most of us want, even if someone's not particularly a fan of Jade. Hopefully stuff like this photoshoot and the positive feedback she's receiving on social media is helping her to realise that she doesn't need Ed or any other guy to shine on her own. If she's managed to catch wind of the stuff the Lowers were saying about her even better.

EXACTLY - you know I'd love her to turn up at the AFL Draft on the arm of some real high flying top player and promptly ignore Ed and Nick as they attempted to grovel at her feet ... oh and if she ground her stilleto into their foot ... even better ;)

True there was a lot of heat on Jade - bad comments from Tim and Drew both, but they admitted it was because of Ed's influence, she was turning into Ed. And they were right, Ed bought the worst out in her, the housemates knew it, the viewers knew it, I don't think anyone anticipated the change in her. In the Santa room Tim questioned Jade on what she saw in Ed, he told her he thought it was just his looks. Ed really was a douchbag and Tim and others suspected as much and it was proved to them with the Halloween Jade nominations revelation.

Why didn't Tim tell Jade everything he thought about her desperation and Eds game plan? The girl would never have believed him and would have ran straight to Ed to tell all only to have Ed manipulate her thoughts and feelings to keep her as back up in his hopeless attempts to bring Tim down.
I have to say, i loved Jade from when she walked in (still do) but her allegiance at all costs was to Ed. Always filling him in on everything that others said but not filling the others in on Eds opinions. This was was so disappointing to me and many others. She was never herself around Ed, couldn't be honest, every word measured and contrived - as she felt he was so much better than her, Ed thought he was better than her too. Also, Jade "came back from the dead", as Drew put it, when Ed finally left. I think Tim and Drew knew her much better than Ed did.

So at the end of the day, Tim played the game and won, he couldn't let friendships cost him the game it's true, but as I said, when the chips are down he comes to the aid of his friends offering wise advice, even Ben and Mikkayla received a great dose of sensibility from him.

For all his entertainment value, intuitive strategic brilliance, and interesting character traits, it was his wisdom and heart when his defences and tactics were down that won me completely.

That was what I was saying, he wasn't straight up with her until it suited his game plan. He only pretended to act as though he was compassionate after he already got what he wanted, in the last weeks. He no longer needed Jade to be with Ed so he could change his tune and pretend to care now.

But there is no turning around and pretending suddenly once he got what he wanted - ed out and so no longer had a reason for needing them pushed together - that Tim was compassionate. He had never shown any earlier. He used her desperation to paint her a fool for ages. Tim knew during the PS just how obsessed Jade was and knew Ed was not romantically interested. But he never gave her any caring advice then did he. His desire to push Ed onto Jade anyway was to make Ed lose female viewer interest and it trumped Jades feelings. And when they got closer his plan was to paint Ed as a bad guy 'using' her by little bitching session to Drew and Jade, so it wouldn't work as a romatic storyline.

Jade is her own person she made her own decisions. That is who she is. Ed did not make her that way. She was that obsessessed for the first couple months before Ed even knew it while they weren't that close. If she could fall in love with him during that time, then it's pretty clear how she acts is not a reflection of Ed's influence but her own character.

Tims confession was not a confession it was a strategic move to make sure that Ed and Jade did not become the loveable romantic couple to viewers. He had to bitch about Ed to make him look bad for Jade, or the romance might backfire on Tim's game. He was never afraid of her dobbing, he chose to bitch then on the week he decalred to us that he wanted Ed gone. Pretty obvious what he was doing all week.

Anway, Tim was an active instigator in the 4-4 group division with Jade on the opposite side when Jade-Ed were still getting closer. Tim has not cared for a long time that Jade was not buddy buddy with him. He did the same thing to Drew in the last week, tried his best to create a division between him and his other best friends making it out to be their fault. He all but washed his hands of Mikkayla the week that he wanted her gone. He did not care to be a grown up and talk to her when she put her hand out after the blow up.

Tim wanted to push them together. He wanted it to be Eds downfall, so that Ed would become less desirable to the female viewers as a taken man. He is not going ruin that by giving her caring advice. He waited until he could use it against Ed. It's not like Tim actually believes that Jade was used anyway, it's all a big game to him to make Ed especially look bad, even when he left. He even said to Drew that he wanted to stick it to Ed after the show because he lost.
 
Unbelievable this guy. Does he not realise how much or an arrogant wanker he's coming across as with this crap?!

This is so funny! A couple by the names of Tony & Denise managed to get this shot of me, ALL the way over from the other side of the Concert Hall! I was there with Mum for the Charlie Pride concert! As you can see, I had a few people who wanted to say hello... ; )

Well of course I agree with you but he IS right ... few = 3 couple = 2 ... so he's being SWAMPED with a few fans ...

and I wonder when the tickets for the Charlie Pride concert went on sale ... if it coincides with his employment record ... bet it doesnt!!

he made out like he was invited to the thing the other night but had other things to do (this concert I'm thinking) ... but wonder if he WAS even included .. I think the gravy train has to end at some point for all of them ...

I took this as being prior arrangements ... but maybe he DOES mean prior agreements and he's got an arrangement in the books with another channel?

Mum & myself are SO excited to be at the Charley Pride concert! I've had the tickets since July! For those who don't know who he is, ask your patents ; )

They get paid $500/wk from when they go in lockdown to some period of time after when they're still obligated to conduct appearances. Not sure how long that goes for though or if the final 3 have a longer contract.

Schoolies is basically spring break in the US if that helps? A bunch of teens going to the GC to party.
