it could have been a joke .... but there is some kind of a premise to the joke (and yes we don't know all of the details)
 
I'm still good friends with the first boy I kissed (aged 5) ... last time I checked both of us are happily married to other people ... he rang me on my wedding day and said he'd thought I would always wait for him

but I knew at the time he was joking - and so did he

To be honest, that would be a great twist in the story if it did happen to be true! I'd love to see the fall out (so evil) but just don't think it's going to happen..

if I were concluding I would have ended with a . or a ! OR even a !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
