Amen to all that. And what ever happened to the well worn but apt, "Two wrongs don't make a right"? It appals me to think people are able to brush off the behaviour of 'haters' because Tully (in their eyes) did the wrong thing.

'In their eyes'?
You don't think that Tully crossed a line in the house?

True, I agree with that.. But she did know exactly what she was signing up for.. In the house and out of it.. It's not right to seriously bully or harass her but she HAD to know what she was in for.. Isn't all publicity, good publicity?

I'm sure she did know that she would be opening herself up to haters and trolls, but in no way could she have imagined it to be at this level. Also, I think it would be easy to say "I can deal with it, I'll just ignore it" until you find yourself living the situation...

think that's Tully's motto
sadly it's working for her

Bahahahaha just saw Ed's pic of him and Jade having coffee and at first I thought the spoon in/near his mouth was a Hitler moustache! Seriously, have a look and see if its not the first thing you think too!

(Sorry not sure how to post the pic from Instagram, if anyone knows how, please do so :) )

I vacillate on that. Hurting Tahlia was not behaviour I applaud, but I keep wondering how much things are skewed in a hothouse environment like the BB house. I'm too old to think people can't make mistakes, and I think I'm too cynical to ever want to watch 'sinners' showing remorse/regret and generally humbling themselves because the public has been baying for blood. It's not a popular opinion here, but I think Tully has handled herself really well since leaving the house. I admire her for not hiding....a lot. As you know, I voted for her to go, but it doesn't mean I think she should be defined by one mistake (not that I've seen you doing that, have I)?

hopefully this will do http://instagram.com/p/gpK5tLGvJg/
haha it does from first glance

jade must be hating this melbourne weather - it's SO cold

I'm wondering if those who think Tully should have expected what she's getting or likes the attention have really taken a good look at what's happening. Not only the things that have been said, but the passion behind it and the nearly-constant barrage of abuse. Yes, I do like her (though not what she did, obvs), but I can honestly say that even if I saw that happening to someone I didn't much like, the cruelty would still be absolutely heartbreaking. It's not, in any way, okay.

As usual I agree. In my worst nightmares I can't imagine feeling so much antipathy towards a minor celebrity I didn't know.If I think of perpetrators of genocide and other lovelies, I still wouldn't spill such garbage.

Wow and YIKES!

Ahhh that's terrible!

It's definitely a grey area.
I defended her on here (some people on here wanted her to actually be told about Tahlia dumping her on live televison and also for Sonia to grill her, that's completely over the top) but when she went back in I found it to be over the top likewise with her behaviour with Drew when he was evicted.
But it must be very odd for her to see a bunch of people acting vicious with her and then another bunch lauding her and adoring her relationship with Drew.

And honestly, I think Tully would have had vicious tweets directed at her had she never been interested in Drew, Tully had already garnered a huge hate base because of how antagonistic she was toward some of the housemates and her over emotional state.
The number just swelled with 'Drullygate'

I wouldn't have an issue with it either, if it weren't for her previous comments about keeping some things private. I can't stand hypocrisy.
If she'd said from the start "Tully is a cheater who broke my heart and I am going to talk about it as much as I like", then I would be cheering her on.
It is the complete 180 degree change in morals that I can't support.

I also disagree that she is the one that has 'suffered' the most. The awful things being said on Twitter etc to Tully and Drew would be difficult for anyone to deal with. Don't get me wrong - I am not saying Tully has it harder than Tahlia, I think the situation is difficult for all involved.

The issue was never private to begin with. Everything was all out in the open the moment Tully cheated on her on NATIONAL TV. And I don't think she revealed too much in the magazine interview other than she didn't like the Drully relationship and thought it was fake.
But even if you think she's a hypocrite, it still doesn't compare to the weeks of humiliation and embarrassment, Tully put her through. It doesn't come close to the wrong that Tullys done.

Oh, she definitely would have had some, but I doubt it would have been anything like it is, because there wouldn't be this sense of righteousness behind it.

ETA: Plus, I think I'd rather be called a sook and a bitch than a filthy whore, but that's just me.

I still wonder, as I do with most of the HM's about how much control they have. Who calls the shots when they're still on a contract? I assume that to a point Tully's appearances after her eviction have been scripted by BB. Not that I think she's hated either of them, but what would I know?
Interestingly, I also wonder at whether Tully went into the house as 'the lesbian' because that's what BB decided. Her ambivalence wouldn't have been half as salacious. Let's face it, a number of other housemates were also labelled in ways that were misleading. Still, the one bright spot in the debacle seems to be that homophobia hasn't been part of what the seething masses are spewing. That may even be the one hopeful sign from all this, although not being gay myself, perhaps I'm seeing it through rose coloured glasses?

I agree with all of this. I was checking out Tully's instagram last night and someone had written that they wanted to coat her walls with faeces and placenta(s) sic. I wanted to laugh, but all I could think of was what an angry and perverted mind that girl has.

That's just weird! Where does she plan on finding all these placenta's most are rather busy nourishing babies.

The other girl sounds just as bad, what does she hope to gain by meeting Drew. I'm betting she keeps her vitrol to herself these people are usually cowards.

Making sure we get the message loud and clear?

I got the impression she was making a point to all the people that post telling Drew not to trust her.

I don't think the internet trolls have a sense of anything, likely there's little thought process behind what they write.
