I don't think it's about being PC. It's about wasting that much energy on hateful morons and further fuelling their moral outrage.

She changed her profile photo, the fascinator one is the replacement. The original photo looked like a really bad hair day.
 
Drew needs to be careful of what he says to the trolls. I can see the headlines now: 'Big Brother's Drew a social media bully.' etc etc.
 
i think they all need to get off twitter for a minute. Seems things got very nasty on twitter today because people who are weird enough in the first place to send abusive messages to strangers were acknowledged and it sent them into a frenzy. Email your photo's to your friends and stop posting personal pics and comments up for the public and there will be nothing for idiots to comment on...

keeping their private lives private might be a good idea for everyone....

I think there's another issue too: Imagine that the 'hater' (no doubt lover of Drew) is 13/14 years old. Drew wipes the floor with her and her friends laugh and her 'enemies' laugh louder still. The guy they're all swooning over has actually engaged with her, but in a way that demeans them both. Adolescents don't do nuance and in her tiny mind (which I'm assuming based on the hate) life as she knows it is over. This is utterly melodramatic and therefore very much a part of many 14 year old girls lives. It has the potential to blow up in everyone's faces.

That is an excellent point regarding the age of the haters, a very important one too.

that would make things too boring for me :)
 
I'm sure in week or two once all the magazine articles on all the HM's have done the rounds, that things will calm down plus some HM's still have to make public appearances this week, so photo's will posted from that as well..when JadEd reunite for the HM's appearance, they will be posting heaps of videos and photos again. I'm surprised how much Ed loves social Media.
Tully has been getting hate all week and I'm sure there's plenty more abusive messages we never get to see, but there has been plenty of support as well, so I guess they should try think of the positives.

i think it is actually time for another photo to be posted, i am enjoying them. why should the haters spoil it? don't be blinded by the fascinator, she's just a distactor :)

give it a couple of weeks and they will be forgotten
the HMs might even be begging for haters later on :p

I'm wondering if people are going to get sick of tim - he keeps tweeting where he's going to be and i think he's gatecrashing a formal tonight haha

I had lunch with my daughter today and mentioned about the bushfire near Dreamworld and that Big Brother finished up last week, and she mentioned that last week, (must have been eviction night on GC?), that her friends saw Tim at a nightclub and he bought them some drinks...he would have been celebrating his win. She doesn't watch BB, just said Tim won because her friends met him:)

There was another snippet about Tahlia in one of the mags at the supermarket...comments from her twitter saying how she said it was 'Gross' when Drully united on stage, and her tweeting that not having a GF, will save money at xmas with not having to buy presents...or something like that

It's funny Tahlia has more followers on twitter than most HM's, and some HM's are following her.
I wonder how many she had before Tully went on BB?

Seeing as she posed for a photo that's in the artical it seemed to me she agreed to do it, was most likely paid too. Now she realises it was a foolish move she is trying to back track.

How long does the HMs contract last and appearances end? BBAU seems to do a lot with the HMs post BB compared to the UK.
