Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

Is it just me or are people getting more and more sensitive each day??
I am getting tired of having to explain myself over things I never even bloody said/meant...
Trust me, If I was attacking your rose petal, the thing would be crumbled on the floor. ;)

Seriously. I hardly ever get time to get on here and when I do its normally late and/or when I am tired and doing other things. It takes all the fun out of it if every comment I say about Jade gets bashed and laughed at and any comment about other housemates is seen as hateful and insulting regardless of how I meant it. Some times people can make a comment on a housemate they dont like as much as others without it getting mean and nasty???

Anyway, I am going to bed, done with all the drama and not going to bother joining in on any other housemate conversations. :P

People are sensitive [MENTION=35199]Angel[/MENTION]. Sensitive and threatened. They've also got a bit of 'keyboard warrior' syndrome where they don't need to be accountable for their words. We're on your side :) You haven't said anything wrong. Sleep soundly :)
 
Woohoo go Jadey!

I love when she was up against the intruders and got 50-something% of the vote, people were saying it's because of who she was up against and less people voted! Yet tonight she had around the same % as Tahan and Tim.

I knew I wasn't crazy. People were underestimating her popularity!

Love if she wins, but final 3 is great too!

Jade has some awesome fans, which is what has gotten her past all the haters! You all have fought the good fight and defended her even when it felt like she was everyone's favorite punching bag. Keep your head up [MENTION=35199]Angel[/MENTION], as well as everyone else who has felt the stings of other posters. You don't need to apologize for a thing!

This is one of the first shows where I could watch the whole thing without cringing! Jade showed her true colors as she went about cleaning up the mess the others had made. The others may hate her for being the "rules policeman" but it's clear that they need someone to keep them in check.

As soon as I heard the percentages, I was about 95% sure Jade was safe, simply because of the split vote. It's so great that she's proven she can run with the big dogs! Even BB seems to have changed their tone with her. Her package, while not outstanding, was at least positive, something we haven't been able to say much this season. I think there is a slight possibility that Jade is first on the leaderboard, but who knows. I know that if just a few weeks ago, someone had put some money down on her to win BB, they could spend lots of money voting for her and still turn a profit if she wins! I wish I had done it myself!

I loved that Drew acknowledged that his relationship changed with Jade because of the dynamics of the house, not just because of Jade. Their little package was a bit of a surprise (and a little sad because of the ending) but it demonstrated, once again, that Jade has been a central part of the major BB relationships and storylines this season.

One bummer is that the entire weekend storyline was the stupid prank wars. It was good for Jade, because she was left out of it, but it didn't help her to shine, which she needs to get the final votes to take home the big money.

Jade has been the last one left on the eviction bench for the past 3 weeks and she's been stunned each time she's been saved. I hope she can be stunned one final time!

Exactly! I just feel like the show has turned in to her a little bit. Now, for them ( for us is always been like that) but seems like she´s the nice one, the kind- sweet- cute girl against the two naughty boys .And although it's at the end of the show, we can appreciate that and it feels good :o
About Drew, agree, I liked how he talked about Jadey. I'm pretty sure he cares about her. And I believe that they will keep in touch on the outside, Jade is very hurt with Drew´s behaviour on the house, but I guess Jade is gonna make a fresh start regarding her relationship with Drew. And I´d be very happy if that happens.

Getting sooooooo tired of people saying "Jade said she wanted Tahan to die." Ugh ... It's fine if people don't like Jade, but it's so annoying when they can't recall things properly. If you're going to be mad about something at least be mad about something that actually happened.

Just ranting at posts I've read on facebook and tumblr ....

Yes! That thought had crossed my mind too. When they were all like "You Jade fans are delusional if you think that % means she's popular. You'll see next week when she's evicted".

Not only has she survived 3 evictions since then, but she's also mixing it with Tahan and Tim.
 
Good morning everyone!
Very happy to wake up this morning knowing that little Jadey is still in the house.
Just did some voting first thing this morning, good to hear Jade voice through the phone.
Come on guys, we are so close to the finish line lets get her there.
There's no more next week so give it all you got. It doesn't matter if it is just couple of votes, every one will count because it is very close.
 
Well all I suggested was that she wasn't going to get anywhere near 50% again. Could not have anticipated how many average pimply teenage girls who have had their heart stomped on because they've foolishly pined for a 'playa' (guys out of their league who have the pick of girls) would empathise with a girl that is nothing like them.

Jade, a former model, has no doubt had her picks of guys who are more than likely considerably more muscular and attractive than the normal guys the average Jade fan dates. That's teenage logic for you, they'll wise up eventually but not before becoming embittered and jadEd and blaming all men for being bastards when it's only a small subset of the male population who behaves in that manner due to their own vapidness.
