Yeah, she should have known that a raving bitch like Tahan would never be NICE! Clearly she was delusional to think that Tahan had any niceness in her at all.

I agree. The thing is Jade's a decent, caring, sensitive human being. She doesn't act in the same insensitive, nasty, hostile, aggressive, bitchy, backstabbing way that Tahan does. Jade's haters twist it around to make Tahan look better. Tahan is such a conniving little bitch. She has a chunk of ice where her heart should be.

Very happy Jade got a lot more footage tonight compared to last night. I'm sure the haters will be all over every single thing she did but I thought she came across pretty well. A bit naive perhaps. It was kinda sad that she really thought Tahan was being genuine. I despise that stupid Surly fish but that was actually a pretty funny task.
 
Below is the part of the convo between Boog and Ed yesterday in Santa's workshop. It would have gone a long way in dismissing the one-sided relationship that BB has been running with this whole time. I don't recall ever hearing Ed's side of the story or Ed ever being grilled about his relatioinship with Jade by BB. I actually thought they might show us Ed's take on the relationship for once, Boog is obviously curious just like the rest of us, but I should have known better. The bias this season has become a joke and it's been to Jade's detriment. Good on Jade for showing some more spunk re Jaz. Now off to check Jaz's twitter..

"Were you attracted to Jade first off?" she asks.

Ed says her marriage sham to Drew made him ignore any initial feelings. He then relays the awkward moments and his careful approach to forming a relationship with Jade.

"I'm proud of how it's progressed," he says of their current status.

I haven't seen the episode, just the clip of Tahan's task, but am I wrong in thinking that, knowing Ed was going to do something romantic for Jade, BB set it up for Tahan to deliberately disrupt it? I mean, I had second hand awkwardness for ALL of them when she went with them the gold room. This makes twice, though, that Surly has disrupted them. Kinda mean on BB's part.

It is sad that she enjoyed Tahan being nice, and it was all a setup. Poor Jade. For all she loves Ed, she clearly misses having a girlfriend in the house.

I also haven't seen the show just that clip and yeah it seems like BB knew what Ed was up to and deliberately ruined it. It's quite mean.
 
What exactly IS the point of Surly? He's been WHEELED OUT about 5 TIMES this season and seems like a bit of a DEVICE that the producers use to reinforce their NARRATIVE.

I think it was a mixture of that and them getting a task for Tahan because she hasn't really done much in a few weeks now. Ed obviously had something planned because he seemed extremely pissed that Tahan wouldn't go away.

l started looking at the DS thread and stopped because it rarely is anything like what I'm seeing an hour after everyone else .
l sec there was no acknowledgement either of the fact that Jade has said more than once that she doesn't consider it real until they leave and how it works outside. She also specifically said that she wouldn't move to Melbourne until she knew it was working. Suck on that people calling her a stalker.
And just shows that Jade has been open to having a friendship with Tahan and had just been wary of her not being nice . Tahan obvs does fake sincerity well.
l don't think that was embarrassing for Jade at all,I think some people just like to comment on her every breath .
 
Jasmin was after Ed, even Heidi was telling Jasmin to go for it, that she was in for a good chance. Ed obviously had other ideas as well.
Jasmin has been against Jade ever since, even out of the house showed her dislike. Cop that raspberry Jasmin, well done Jade even though Ed was not impressed, but he will find out after the show.

So true. And I think tonight further cemented that she's actually quite realistic about their chances on the outside. Like when she was talking to Drew and was laughing that they'll both probably pick up the phone to one another two weeks later and be like "LOL well that didn't work" (referring to their relationships with Ed and Tully).

I think she's expecting the worst, but hoping for the best to be honest.
