Yes, I use cheating as a synonym for being unfaithful, as do the majority of the English-speaking world. I know she was unfaithful by her own standards because she admitted to cheating. She didn't say "well... BBfan- thinks I cheated, so I must have cheated".Do you use 'cheat' as a synonym for 'unfaithful'?
So how do you come to the conclusion that "Tully was unfaithful by her own standards"? Are you sure that you don't mean that she was unfaithful by your standards?
When you say that most don't have a progressive relationship I can't say whether that is true or not. But I can say that to most people I know Tully's behavior would not be considered unfaithful. This is why I wondered when did Australia become so regressive?
Either you don't know many people at all or you know lots of people with unconventional opinions (I'm not saying that's a bad thing), because as far as I know, an overwhelming majority of people would think that Tully was being unfaithful to her gf in the house.
I don't know why you would assume that I think celibacy is necessarily a good or bad thing. It depends on the person. And that child abuse example is completely irrelevant because there are no children in the Big Brother house and it's very unlikely that anyone is going to rape another HM just because they've been celibate for a few weeks. My position on this is that Tully was unfaithful and that was a bad thing because she hurt her girlfriend, but I'm totally against the idea of anyone criticising her and bullying her because of what she did.On a wider horizon there is another consideration.
Since Tully entered a compound in which she could receive communication from, or send communication to, her girlfriend then she was not available to her girlfriend in an emotional, physical, or any other sense. This was true irrespective of what Tully did inside the house. As long as she kept faith with her girlfriend then she was being faithful.
It seems to me that your position is that Tully could only remain faithful only by becoming emotionally and physically celibate - to the extent of not even kissing anybody. The problem is that celibacy is very unhealthy. So much so that when I last left Australia the federal government was talking about a commission to investigate abuses against children committed by Roman Catholic priests - abuse which many people attribute to celibacy within the church. So I struggle to understand why you think it is such a good thing.

Wanna make finger babies?

When can you come over?

Jesus keke you've been going on with this bullshit for months. Give it a rest why don't you. No one cares about your special snowflake definition of cheating.
Just stop
cheers

If my views offend than you should skip over them.
But I reject your fundamentalist prudery with respect to the ethics of relationships. They are creepy and dysfunctional. I will not be stopping my opposition to your regressive paradigm. The issue is too important.

But how was Tully unfaithful. I remember that Tully reaffirmed her relationship with her girlfriend on a number of occasions.
Celibacy is always a bad thing for humans. We are not made to be celibate.
Tully had no communication with her girlfriend. So how can anything that she did inside affect the relationship or hurt her girlfriend? It is not possible.

I think Tully's parting gift of "lotion" to Drew was "code" for "wank".

Do I really need to spell this out for you? *sigh*
Ok, here we go:
Most people in relationships want to be able to trust their partner to not get romantically involved with a person outside the relationship. If there is an agreement that they are in an open relationship, then that's fine, but most relationships are not like that. Even though Tahlia knew that Tully still liked/loved her, Tully still broke a pretty big (probably unspoken) rule. Tahlia probably saw it as a betrayal of her trust, and/or felt like Tully was choosing Drew over her.
And you shouldn't be assuming that celibacy is always a bad thing for everyone. What about people who are entirely asexual, or people who choose to be celibate for religious reasons?

Her eviction.

I loved that so much. I actually loved Drully - they were so cute. One of my favourite Tully moments is that time she was teaching the Sugar Sisters how to do catwalk modelling. And also when she made out with Jade in the spa.Anyone got a favourite Tully moment?
Not my number 1 favourite, but definitely top 5:
When Drew is telling Tully to be positive and Tully stands up in exaggerating excitement saying "Come on Drew, let's be positive!" so so SO damn cute that girl is!

Yes the spa girl-on-girl make out session was amazing!
Funny how every possible chance, the producers slip in a clip of Tully to the special shows (noms, evictions etc) like EVERY time. I love it! No other previous housemate has random clips thrown into current shows.
AAAAAND more possibly amazing news, Tully might be back again!

I haven't seen the ad yet but that's pretty cool that she gets to come back. I hope this time she actually gets to enter the house, haha.

I love seeing her little tantrums also, and that scene where shes wearing an I<3NY shirt and shes got her arms crossed trying to hide from the cameras... Sweetest thing ever!
I know, her tantrums were kind of cute! I never found them annoying.
